Memories. We used to have this maddur vade in maddur while going to mysore via bus back in 90s.They used to serve with gatti chutney. Thanks for the recipe😊

What are the two other ingredients after rice flour please ?
Maida is soft wheat flour, rava is coarse durum flour (the type used for pasta)
