@@CANControlGRAFFITI most likely, i found a huge abandoned water treatment plant in my country and visited it 4-5 times and didn't think it would ever get torn down as it would cost a lot of money but sadly they began demolition of the place a year back, most of the spots i know have been torn down, really sad imo.
It would be a crime if the owner or city decide to tear it down someday with all the art it will hold

I find Smoe's comments relating to art very insightful, you can tell he has been fine tuning his craft for many many years and he is getting to a point where he is chasing perfection. But not only that he realised that it still needs to be fun and enjoyable or even zen like. Really nice.

Crazy idea: smoe, and/or a group of you guys, should buy the building. Then gut it out, fix up the floors so it's safer, and just make the inside a building specifically for painting. And maybe in the future it could be an HQ studio?

i’ve seen a place almost exactly like a mini version of that. in astoria queens new york city. back in 2008 it was popping recently around 2018 is when it got hot asf and the city is starting to build smt there it’s pretty sad all the queens ogs know the astoria factory 😢 rip

The best place for Art is where people who didn’t came to see it, can see it (that is what makes street art so lovely). Still a great spot though, have fun :)

im glad there's a key to the place it's beautiful, i love urbex but most places are vandalized and shortly after torn down, abandoned places are so beautiful and it's just plain fun to explore, i don't mind graffiti on the walls if it's done nicely but taking stuff and vandalizing makes me angry.
