You told the patient that “you should relax “.but as per my trainer she told me ...during the role play “should “ no longer used bcoz it shows some compulsory action.
Is it possible to use “I suggest you to keep your mind relaxed “

It's not about using or not using "should" but the context.
You should know how to use it and how not to. 😇
In this context what and how she said "you should relax" is absolutely perfect.
Also, just don't look at one phrase or sentence and say not to use it. Pay more attention. Learn how it's being used. 😇
