Great video Christian. Love the display outside. We are fortunate enough to have a showroom inside so our monuments don’t get dirty sitting outside, do you experience this at all? My two favorite granite colors are cats eye and blue pearl. It’s a busy time, trying to get monuments out before the end of the year! We are dealing with the same thing in Iowa, winter is on its way! Customers call asking for them to get out, just like around Memorial Day! Also curious about how you guys just do the years on many of your stones. Do your customers just want that, or do you recommend? I think it’s specific to each monument company or family on what they want. Some want to match a stone, others just like the simplicity for just the years. I think the years are great for 3 or more people on the stone. I did a flat stone for a cemetery with the parents and son, and we just did the years and it looked great. You never want it to look too crowded! Great job, looking forward to the next video.
We do have to clean the stones a indoors display would be very nice in the winter they are all under snow. Spring and fall are always crazy. I do like the simply year to year we do about 50/50 just years and full dates.
I just got a 5 gal from @MBSTONECARE this summer here is a link. mbstonecare.com/products/d-2-biological-solution/?sku=D/2-QT&gclid=CjwKCAjwvrOpBhBdEiwAR58-3G7oBWw8TskpPaigbSI7s3rUnlvuoCJmTbcXRLZIOeY3THnyCt0NKBoCJBUQAvD_BwE
I defiantly think people pick what they see most of the time so keeping the bigger stuff to show helps. I have a even larger die that just came a few weeks ago I want to get added to the display.
Christian, why does it take so long for you guys to set those stones? here in Rhode Island, I had my own stone set up in a week and a half and this was from a bustling business with 2 employees
Well it depends on lots of factors I have a stone here right now that I have been waiting for the cemetery since and they got paid in May to get a foundation done. I also have one that has been here all year that the customer just paid for the foundation so the cemetery won't do it till next spring I bet. Some times customers are getting photos to me for artwork. We have done a stone and set it the same day it was ordered and we have been close to two years with others.

What do you recommend for cleaning a grave marker? I have heard of something called D2. Where can I find it

I get mine from preservation supply in Texas. You can order a kit with cleaning brushes as well.
Great Video! Do you notice that you sell more of the taller 8" thick dies when you have them in inventory for the customer to see? Also, GO BEARS
