    Sorry, Im comenting B4 Ive watch the whole video. I didn't have time to do the practice this AM..can you do this practice anytime of day? multiple times of day? In Bed??? I did some parts in bed at late late bedtime.

      I've watched a lot of the Spring Forest Qigong videos. They say you can do the exercises standing, sitting or lying down. It is suggested that you do the practice at the same time every day, but any time is good. Good, better, best.
