Why they not have a home panel like the Anker you showed? How are we supposed to use it as a backup without a panel? Do i just get a bunch of extensions cords?
Hi, that's a crucial question and we are developing our own home panel now. However, before that you can use the DBS3500 with standard transfer switch and you can plug it in like you plug in a gas generator to power your home.
In for 1 and extra batteries for the cabin.
Compare to the Ecoflow delta pro please, both are on sale.

Can you comment on the customer service experience for dabson?
if get the extra battery, are you able to use them independently, like charge them together and use them in different parts of the house for example.
Hi, for DBS3500's extra battery, you do have to use them with the main unit as it's main purpose is to grant more power capacity (5320Wh) for a home backup/ RV backup situation. However, we do have a new model DBS1000 Pro (1024Wh | 2000W) of which the extra battery has standalone USB-C and USB-A ports for separate use.
What gear do you use for filming these?
Is there a more budget friendly option at this capacity?

how long does the battery really last and what is the warranty process like?
Hi, the battery lifespan is 4500 cycles and that's 15 years of regular use. After that the capacity will drop to 80%. For warranty, we provide 3+2 years of warranty. If you purchase on official website, you automatically get 5 years warranty, if you purchase from other official platform (Amazon eBay etc) you will need to register the product on official website for the +2 years warranty.
Will this one have a home panel like the Zendure or Anker?
Hi, we are developing our own home panel now and before that you can use standard transfer switch to connect the DBS3500 to power your home.

Hi, it does have 240 out if you have two DBS3500 plus a parallel connector (comes free if you purchase two DBS3500 or other main units in two at official website). We are also looking to develop a new product that can do 240 output with just one unit.

Does it overheat?
Hi, normally DBS3500 won't overheat. But if in extreme heat environment and the unit does overheat, it will automatically shutdown to prevent damage to the unit itself.
Can this stay outside?
Hi, it should be kept indoor as the DBS3500 power station is not waterproof, it does provide basic protection from small splash of water but it can't stay in rain or extremely damp environment.
