Hey, friends! Thanks for joining us! If you liked this episode, make sure to check out our previous one featuring our very own To The Twin Cities team. We delved into our individual grocery rankings and had a whole lot of fun discussing why each item made the list. Enjoy! ua-cam.com/video/KQRRaXHZSP8/v-deo.htmlsi=peQF36aDVulTkdm8
We recently used these guys to find a house for our son in NE Minneapolis. They were great. Nick, another member of the team was the guy we worked with. They really do know their stuff, and are the most 'real people' real estate agents i have ever known!
This was awesome. I am from San Antonio too and moving to Downtown Minneapolis in August! I did try moving to Maple Grove 3 years ago but ended up coming back to SA after 6 months due to various issues. But I am stoked to finally be coming back and this time I am doing it right by choosing the City. Great to see someone else from San Antonio that has done the move!
MNIS the best state. However, Green Bay, is the city most like MN, in WI, and is very nice. IF U R moving to MN, I recommend Duluth, St. Cloud, or one of the many small towns north of The Cities. Green Bay has the lowest crime in the US, LOTS of jobs that pay well, and low rent/housing costs. No traffic, no private school expenses, great for kids. It has a city owned amusement park and a very large wildlife sanctuary. It is VERY green, with LOTS of parks, and is a great location. It is somewhat south of the Twin Cities, with warmer temps, less snow, and more sunny days. MN IS great but check out GRB, also. The Twin Cities are too much like any other big cities. Duluth is a true MN city. Use your Free Will to LOVE!...it will help more than you know

I’ve wanted to live in that neighborhood since I lived in the dorm at the U of M St. Paul campus in 1987! 😂
