He's a guitar player. The others instruments he learns with friends. Just recently he starts to studies vocals and drums (with Eloy Casagrande from Sepultura). This video series "Year in a song" became his great project every year, since 2019. But normally he's a comedian guy.

Well, answering some questions you asked in the video. He's a comedy youtuber, he's right in hype with this performance of a song in certain years. This is the third year he's done this. Just stating that he is a Brazilian youtuber, those songs in the middle of the video are Brazilian hits. He doesn't have a specific musician album, only rock, hard rock, punk rock and metal covers. He does a show with the name: my funk playlist (Brazilian music) but playing everything in rock. It's too much. This year he didn't report how long it took, but last year he said around 12 days or so. There are other very interesting videos of him, such as the ones from 2020 and 2021 a sound in a song. It is worth checking! Excellent work and great talent. Oh, about the instruments, he started with guitar in the middle of rock and emocore, but he had a band and nobody played drums, so he learned drums and other instruments. Lucas Vinícius is self-taught in several musical instruments and in 2018 he started the My Playlist of Funk project, after a wave of videos in which internet personalities made their funk playlists presenting their favorite hits of the genre, Lucas created his playlists, but playing and singing your favorite funk songs in heavy metal versions. With the success of the painting, the youtuber decided that it was time to bring this energy to a closer contact, starting to do live exhibitions. He set up a group with four more members and performed in some show houses.
Awesome reaction David! So nice to see someone who loves music enjoying this. As others said, he is a 8-year youtube comedian, but year after year he brought his music as well. Since young he plays guitar and its probably the best instrument he plays. He recorded quick videos of him playing, never singing. Then, one day, he started singing but still shy. Then he started doing covers of brazilian funk songs into rock. And got famous for it, even made a 5k people real show in Sao Paulo to his fans before Covid, but Covid stopped him. At the end of 2019, he uploaded his first "2019 in one song" video, which had great reception! Then he did it in 2020 and 2021. And also showed his skills on all these instruments.
Worth saying he has been studying a lot vocals with one of the best in Brazil, same with drums, studying a lot.
He have said that this year he wants to start composing and producing his own stuff. We are anxious! I truly believe he can be great, even internationally. But I dont know if he will write in English or Portuguese.

Dude, I have been watching you for a while because of spiritbox, sleep token and other bands that you already reacted to, but tbh I wasn't expecting you to react to him. I think that it's cool to say that at least for me, he is a Brazilian treasure for everything that you may like, especially for music and entertainment. Ah e eu não consumo as músicas dela, mas quando ele começou a cantar, o estilo me pareceu ser uma música dela e depois eu descobri que realmente era :)

One detail is that we were all expecting him to include a Marília Mendonça's song (she was one of our most popular and beloved singers, who died on a plane crash this year at only 26yo) and he didn't, but ended the video with just the melody of one of her songs. It's a very sensitive and delicate way to honor her, in my opinion.

I watched an interview with Lucas in which he says that he spent about USD 7000 to make this production, he had no sponsorship, and he does not monetize on UA-cam because of the music rights, he even said that he hires friends who are very talented from poor communities where he has programs social services for children and adolescents in these communities, teaching music, videographer work, in addition to being an extremely talented guy, he is an incredible human being, he deserves much more success, rock music unfortunately is not very commercial and does not make much money these days
