So there is two ways you can deal with this boss: 1) Interrupt all casts and deal with a billion adds last phase 2) Let some add casts go through, and only deal with 2 big adds last phase We tried tactic 1 this Wednesday, but kept dying to him due to him being empowered for each add that is near him. So for this kill (which only took 1 try) we killed all the adds and just took it slow - The reason I stopped damage was because my Raid Leader told me to 😁😁
Just a little tip from another survival hunter, maloriak is normally longer than 5 minutes, you shouldn't be holding your RF/Call of the wild as you can get it off twice in this fight, it's a big damage loss.
I know, but this was our first kill and first try where we killed all the adds. We didn't know how long we had to wait for all the adds to spawn - all tries before this was with the zerk strat where you just push him

I have a question, how can you use the Explosive Shot twice at the beginning?
It was a Black Arrow proc, so just got lucky it proc'ed early on (pure rng)
