taman desa jz off old klang rd or bukit jalil....many good facilities around and pavillion 2 is coming up. many japanese/korean expat staying around taman desa and hv many few japanese/korean restaurant. also there is a small private hospital in taman desa too.. there are few nice condo around this area as well... if old klang rd not really recomended coz old klang rd very run down. the only place can consider good to stay around old klang road is taman Desa.. old klang rd is like HK sam sui po area....ha..ha..
@@Mrstrouble Taman Desa (郊外嶺) will be a better option, it is like a mini Puchong. You can get foods and daily grocery without even leaving that area. However, if u need to go to shopping mall, Mid Valley is only 5 minutes away. There are plenty of well maintained condo even they are not new, such as Papillon Desahill Condo, OBD Garden Condo, Bukit Desa Condo, 1 Desa Residence.
Yes..go for Taman Desa. Dont wasting time seeing those condo along Old Klang Road. OKR aldy flooded with too many condo and price appreciation not good as well but Taman Desa is different. Or else look for Taman Seputih condo which us just a stone away to Mid Valley.
Verze and Petal is not a good choice. Try go inside Happy Garden, Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil and Tmn Desa is much better. The 2 condo you look at is at the side of the main road.

Renne ,其實我認為舊巴生路既Taman desa 幻境比交冇咁繁忙相比大路邊d屋苑比交休静可以睇下。其實從前好多人住係KL都搬咗去郊外,例如蒲種,沙登,加影。就以我為例,土生土長KL人,有祖屋係沙叻秀5分鐘到mid valley 10分鐘到KLCC如冇塞車,但屋都租俾人,現在住係山卡拉地點沙登,無拉港,蕉賴 同加影交界,雖然有朋友話點解住咁遠離KL😀但呢度住屋都住滿人,我呢度去Mid valley 只許18分鐘,KLCC 20分鐘,IOI city Mall 10分鐘。其實吉隆坡同雪洲都好多Highway,去邊都方便,不許要一定要係KL.郊外好系冇咁壓迫感,休閒。唔通每日都去市中心😁不過要睇妳既活動范圍作比較,妳兩個仔仔都係蒲種返學,如果住KL有d麻煩。

bukit jalil is the best area. old klang road is too crowded, jam and old township. If you think puchong is jam old klang road is worse. The best area in klang valley tat dint burn your wallet is bukit jalil. The people who stay at bukit jalil is totally diffrent from old klang road. U will feel much safer there. You can have a look at bukit jalil SKYLUXE condo or the THE RAINZ condo.
Bukit Jalil very good nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping mall. Condo Rainz, Havre, Collivea, and many beautiful condo. Rent 1500sqft and above to feel the difference of staying. Or Kinrara Residence 2.5 level landed house above 3000sqft with rm2.5-4k. Time to stay landed house with club house facilities.
Desa park city has a very nice living environment for families I’ve been told so, perhaps you’d like to have a look. It’s a short drive to Mont Kiara which is packed with International Schools...

看了以后,觉得这些地区的屋主太可怜了,一仟多呎的condo,价格绝对要rm600k to 1million, 装修可能超过rm100,000, 才租rm2,500,回酬率低到2.5%-4%,还利息都不够!文良港,暗邦,鹅嘜一带,邻近五、六间大学,地铁全是脚程十分钟以下,七百到一千呎才Rm4-500,000,租金rm2,500到3,500以上,回酬率5.5-7%,做airbnb的屋主,把大屋做成dual key unit 一晚rm200一个房子*18晚*2 units = rm7,200 - 房贷rm2,500-管理费rm300- 水电费rm400= rm4,000. 许多人買一间,租一间,自己带一个印尼工人做清洁,也是月入rm7-8000. .不过,做Airbnb 是辛苦工,与餐饮服务业相同,我们大马华人,肯做的少于两成,竞争很少!大多数人,喜欢買一间屋子,轻松的收租,功课也不做,你肯花时间去走,从地铁站到每个condo,再搭巴士到每一间大学,学院与国际学校,就知道答案了!地产经纪没有义务告诉你这些,一定要自己去做survey!最好笑的笑话是,我随便買的,到时候屋子我不想住,就租给别人啰!你自己都不想住,别人去住,那价格会被压得多贱才行,亏损连连,買了个房子,还要贴钱来租给别人,租金回报率低,房子升值能力也一定低,亏本了十年八年,房子賣了出去,怎能还会買多两间?反之,買对了地方,房子才给15-20%,头期款,之后就是学生或租客供下去,五年后,房子,升了个50%房价,賣了,買两间,退休前,四到六间房子是跑不了的!買错地点,还想恁買与租房子赚大钱,发梦啊!
