Josh ur rich. Go to the trading outpost. Trade all ur blueprints you already learned. Trade all the clothes. You have so many bats and melee weapons they're worth a lot! You can convert the clothes and the things that are worth less into silver coins. Which are worth a lot.
Focus on looting the higher level islands and underwater locations. Ur getting better stuff in higher quantities that way.
You tend to partly loot islands and underwater places because you take also clothes and pieces of decoration.
Don't trade the blueprint, he'll need them from the machine on dreadville, which will yield much better and rarer blueprints
move all of your equipment from the first base to the new one and make a mini kitchen room, bedroom and then turn the old base into a farm with loads of planters for wood

If you are thinking of going with beta version you should do it as soon as possible because your mission and research table progress will reset so it can be annoying dealing with it after you've done decent progress. Also beta version unlock new stuff which helps you a lot in the game

You should definitely try use your glass to make glass walls/windows for your base so it’s not all metal and will save some resources!:)

In the test version you can break down clothes for cloth and leather etc, also can get ammo pouches and grenade pouches takes up less room in invite , you carry stuff on you that you don’t need that takes up so much looting space 😊

The story is good, the graphics are absolutely stunning, and the combat is amazing
Build a staircase from inside the bottom base up to the top base. That will be easier to fight off people and get between bases much faster

@@hari_69_nah bro not on my watch, if your serious please think and find something worth living for, it can be a goal that doesn’t have a clear end (so not like only waiting for the end of joshes play through which probably won’t come soon) or at least find a person who knows you well and has a clearer path because they may be able to redirect you, unlike us because we care but can’t do much because we don’t know much about you. And there is not always an easy answer to your problems but they don’t have to be as hard or as painful as they may be for you to deal with, we all don’t go through the same things but we share the same feelings and could suffer just the same if we were in the same position mentally or physically as you may be. It can become better or easy enough so that it’s worth it just find a path. 😔🤳

Throw flair during attack at night
You could make the new floor/roof have a lot of cover like the old CG cubby.
You need to put barbed wire around th entire island because it stops the raiders coming ashore.

When I played last year (100hr plus), there really wasn't any defense against raids. Attackers could unerringly shoot from the water and land, would destroy support pillars and floors and literally crawl into places I couldn't even go. Their weapons destroyed any/all barriers in a couple shots and accuracy was almost 100%. The only defense was to go outside and kill them or leave the game and reload. I recently started playing again (to see if things improved) but have raids 'Off' for now.
Does the barb wire help with base defenses.

i might be wrong because I don't play the game but I feel like you take too much with you in your backpack on loot missions (i.e gasoline, ammo, bandages) I get wanting it on you all the time but it takes up the whole bottom row of your backpack which could have extra wood + scrap metal. might be good to put a little box by entrance of camp that has conflict essentials that you would need for a fight but most of the time are not needed

You need ground cover/something to hide behind and shoot from when being raided.
You can decompose all crafted or craftable items in the decomposer
should put gasoline in the same barrel as chemical substance next to the generator
For weapons, you might want to switch the stg for an M16 or even an Ak or better. Shotguns, go pump action. Besides it doing more damage than the double barrel, you’d be reloading a lot with a double barrel anyways. Maybe a sniper rifle for long range. Perhaps an SMG if you have the materials. Even though the PM pistol is getting work done you might want to build that GP20 pistol as soon as you can.
You might want to sell some stuff soon. You’ve become such a loot goblin you have loads of stuff that’s not really needed. Also maybe research the rest of the stuff, just so you can clear the research table. You might want to build a machete or combat knife if things get close up and personal. Also you might want to build some more defences for the base and expand on it a little like the farm bit you intend. And increase the lighting for night time, obviously.
No need to rush for dreadville. Better to make sure you’re fully loaded and upgraded on everything even if you’re overpowered than be underprepared.

maybe putting down a marker flag on your island will stop the riads so you get more time to prepare for when you remove it for the raids to happen again
build 2 more recyclers so that you can decompose 3 items at once
some islands that say no blueprint means go there look just incase there is a blueprint
