At this point it’s effortless to stay 9-12% while still making gains and I owe a lot of figuring out my own personal system to that guy 💪🏼 And I love his mindset, I feel like he’s underrated and overlooked in that aspect sometimes for being a fitness influencer

Hope everyone does their own research to the lament this guy is in good shape but by fitness standards this guy is not even comparable. Tried fasting after dinner until breakfast the next morning lost alot of muscle fullness and ability to gain muscle. Incorporated a protein shake and some carbs before bed and physique definitely was way more peaked. Fasting is great for longevity no doubt but deactivating mtor will hold you back on muscle hypertrophy. Also 3x a week reduces the amount of possible days to grow muscle during the course of the year. This guy is a marketing expert for a reason differ to real fitness experts like vigorous steve. Hopefully people do their own research
I can definitely see where you're coming from but ive actually finished a couple of his programs and following his diet regimens as well and i saw great results, But... I know it didn't work for some people though so I guess everyone's body is different.
@@FX_SMC How advanced of a lifter are you? Anyone can get results early on in training as you build more and more muscle you really need to be dialed in on everything. The issue is you're training but at a suboptimal level you could of dropped another several pounds of fat and added more muscle. Check out the training intensity for example of Greg Doucette, Davis Riley, Vigorous Steve etc.
