I believe that ELO hell exists in that you are better than your rank would suggest but not by a well enough margin to carry the game.
Flickering Wraith today I had few games then i can carry, but 3 teammates feeds. :) yeah, it was not my fault fot loosing. but still I don't think i can blame it on them. i could at least try to roam from bot or smth then i was winning my lane. just stay possitive.. Getting nervous never wins games :)
