Can you please clarify it in accordance to section 32 of evidence act as it states that dying declaration is a statement made by a person as to the cause of his death but in this case the victim died due to some other reason. I have read 10-15 books, and thereafter I prepared my notes keeping into mind the previous question papers of judiciary. So not possible that u found case laws in a single book.
