How to avoid airy or hissing sound on E base flute, make tutorial on this
Tips to overcome Hissing Noise
1. Put in very thin blow
2. Blow directly into hole, reduce air-flow going out side the blow hole.
3. Reduce the space between two lips.
4. Blow towards the cork of the Flute, and not towards empty (open) side.
5. Fill lungs full of air and blow with little more force.
6. Practice upper swars - long notes.
7. Push flute on ur lower lip towards mouth.
8. Practice komal swars of upper octave - long notes.
And another doubt is that a We can use this aalap in raag bhupali also?
For Bhupali Aalap, a separate video is made.

In Aalap, mostly use straight n steady blow and fingering and not toung-stroke.
Use of stroke looks good in jod-aalap.
