    1/4th tsp citric acid
    ½ tsp water
    METHOD
    As shown in video.
    ALMOND DISK

    42g butter
    26g icing sugar
    10g almond meal
    10g milk
    75g maida
    METHOD
    As shown in video.
    Bake at 160c for 10 to 12 min, until golden brown.

    2tbsp water
    20g chopped kubani

    60g Nutella
    85g honey
    65g brown sugar
    75g rolled oats
    25g pistachio chopped
    15g rice crispy
    40g cranberry
    25g desiccated coconut
    20g maida
    ½ tsp vanilla
    1/4th tsp salt
