  • Didn't have a good sleep last night, went out and showed up at my gym at 4:30 in the morning.
    It's all about moving the body and pushing myself. This was a fun training session.

    Here's my workout for today:
    Dynamic warmup, 5 minutes
    Flat DB bench press: 3 working sets (2 ramp up sets)
    60-Degree incline press: 2 working sets (1-2 ramp up sets)
    Jacknife pullup: 2 working sets (1 ramp up sets)
    Chest-supported machine row: 3 working sets
    Bicep curl: 2 working sets
