Sled training overall looks awesome. What do you think about resistance pulling with a partner using a bike inner tube or the like?

Since you post sled work with ATG,I use resistance band to train this!oh yeah,this vedio give me more detail to how to amply this,I used to use the heaviest resistance but feel sore behind after day ,now I know that I can use lighter resistance to explosive and heavier weight to train absolute strength or bodybuilding.

I’d recommend using weights.I own a parachute myself, and the effectiveness of it on decreasing you sprint time depends on the amount of wind outside which could be a downside if you don’t live in a windy area. So parachutes won’t be as effective as using a sled
