  • So there are TONS of tutorials online for how to tie the trinity knot, even how to tie the trinity knot for beginners, BUT all of them I've seen leave you with excess bulk under the collar! This video will leave you with NO bulk under the collar, because the tail rests behind the blade, instead of under the collar.
This version of the knot works excellently for those gentlemen who have larger necks, or are taller men, as it leaves you with plenty of fabric to work with!
HOWEVER, if you still find that you need a longer necktie, check out www.TheCorvanCollection.com to purchase BEAUTIFUL custom length neckties!
Be sure to check out my other tie knot tutorials on my channel, and if you like this video, please give it a thumbs up, AND SUBSCRIBE!

yesssss! i've been wearing the old trinity knot to work for a couple years now and had the tail hooked under the collar with a paper clip out of sheer laziness once i realized it'd hold. i was really pleased to see this updated version while getting ready, it feels so much better throughout the day to not be constantly worrying about my collar not sitting right c:

    The Crosse Tie Invention
It started as a croak around the gates of Croatian soldiers, and today is the most widespread fashion detail in the world.
The cravat was initially the name for the rubbish around the door, which was a recognizable Croatian soldier who was fired under the French flag in the Thirty Years' War (1618 - 1648). This "fashion" detail sparked the great interest of Parisians who had always been interested in quality innovations in the field of dress. Young French King Louis XIV. began to wear a tie in 1646 when he was only seven years old and in some way determined the fashion standard of all French nobles. They soon adopted this new garment that was worn by la Croate ('in Croatian way'), which at the same time became the new root of the French word of the cravate. How much the French liked the tie showed enough evidence that in 1667 a special Regiment of Royal Cravates was formed and was named after the Croats who were in its composition and wore a tie. It did not take long for the tie to be widened with Europe as a sign of culture and elegance. The ties in France have long become a symbol of progress, so during the French Revolution they wore black ties as a sign of protest against backward, outdated ideas. In England the tie becomes fashion trend after Charles II. with her back from exile. The tie as a fashion accessory especially takes a sting after the First World War when it becomes a frequent part of clothing combinations in the United States. Although the tie was worn earlier, Britannica and many other encyclopaedias consider the first "official" use of the tie to be recorded in 1656, which means that 2016 will be the 450th anniversary of its first official use.
    Types of tie tie
In the late 90s, two Cambridge investigators (Thomas Fink and Yong Mao), using mathematical modeling, were able to calculate that there were 85 theoretical possibilities of binding the standard tie node (limiting the number of "moves" to nine). Only a dozen of these 85 knots correspond to conventional images that are symmetrical. The most popular ways to tie the tie are a plain knot, a double knot, a small knot, a classic windsor and a half-windsor. It is worth mentioning also the "Atlantic style" in which the knot binds from behind, and is very popular, as well as so-called "Atlantic style". bow tie. The windsor knot was named after its inventor, the Duke of Windsor. In addition to being familiar with the way he tied the tie, the Duke was also remembered as a person who abdicated for love. Namely, Duke of Windsor was King of England under Edward VIII. and his rule is considered one of the shortest. He wanted to marry for his love, American Wallis Simpson, who had two divorces behind him. Not wanting to cause a crisis in the state, he decided to abdicate after only 326 days of rule. He then received the title of Duke of Windsor, by which way the ties were tied. The Duke was known as a fashion-conscious person with an exquisitely dressy taste. So no wonder she managed to invent a famous windsor knot - one of the most popular tie ties today.
    Columns of the colonel
Shortly after the Thirty Years' War, already in 1667, a special tie of the Royal Cravates Regiment was established in the French Army. They were the light horsemen armed with short guns, and the members of these military units called the "Croats". In Central and Western Europe, this name became a synonym for the kind of lighter horsemen. Over time, among the Croatians, there were more and more Hungarians, Poles, Romanians and other Eastern European peoples among them. That is why during the second half of the 17th century the name "Hrvat" was replaced by the name "Husar", which later became more and more used for this kind of conjuncture. These "Croats", or "horns", were protected by a shield consisting of a closed helmet, a fleece jacket, an iron collar, and an armored shield for the upper thigh. Besides, they also had a thick leather coat worn under or over the armor. The main weapon they used was a short rifle, and besides her, there were several pistols in the saddle. They had a sword or sword from a cold weapon, and they could fight as pedestrians except as horsemen.
    Necklace around Pula Arena
About Pula's Arena on October 18, 2003 is the largest tie in the world. "The Tie around the Arena" is the work of Marijan Bušić and has entered the Guinness Book of Records as the largest and longest tie in the world. She wielded the outer walls of the Arena and represented a message of openness, warmth and love. It weighed about 800 kilograms, it was eight feet wide and in its widest part was 26 meters, while the knot of the neck was about nine feet deep. In the largest tie in the world, about ten thousand meters of cloth was seized, and 120 kilometers of knots were consumed. What does the color of the tie mean? What does the color of the tie mean?
Red color is power, richness, power, and passion. Often, they are led by office leaders or groups of people who need to be motivated. Blue is a calming color that means peace and temper. It is the best choice to go to conversations that are quarrelsome and harsh words because peace and temper are not to be understood as a sign of weakness, but as perseverance and longevity.
The yellow color of the sun represents a positive atmosphere and vitality. People who have this cravat color usually radiate heat and transfer their positive energy to people around them.
Green represents growth and renewal. People who like to learn and increase their knowledge and skills often decide for a green color.
Brown is a person who is very grounded and realistic. Although many consider that man should have great ambitions and ambitions, a certain amount of obesity is always desirable. People wearing a brown color are most likely to be very reliable.
Black represents formality. She often dresses up on occasions and social events that require seriousness.
