I could be wrong, but I think Proper and Celina will be more like McKinney than Frisco. What I mean is that it will be more residential and only small pockets of commercial. Frisco, Plano and Allen will act as the commercial district for those areas.

Maybe so! Frisco purposely brought in more commercial so our property tax rate would drop. We dropped to 1.6%....lowest in DFW.
