Jesus used that same term when he prayed for his disciples before his death. He prayed that they *not* be removed from the planet, but that God tereo them through it from the evil one. This is good news. IF it were about a rapture: 1) It never came to pass. The church that received that promise was utterly crushed and destroyed along with the other 6 churches in the first chapters of Revelation. Most Christians don’t realize the sacrifice that Jesus made was not because of his death, although his death completed his sacrifice. But his life made him without blemish. Everything he did was out of love, and pleasing in his Father’s sight. He lived a perfect sinless life because he truly loves God with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. We needed him to cover our sins by being the unblemished sacrifice. There wasn’t an animal sacrifice commanded by God. Many dozens of Scripture tells us that. The Lord gave me a vision in February 2020, just before COVID hit. I was getting ready to go to bed and was lying with my son trying to get him to fall asleep. I was suddenly taken into a vision. The vision was stunning and described Revelation 13:1. The vision was real and unbelievably frightening. Just as John wrote, whether I was in or out of the body, I do not know. And I was taken into a scene and there I felt a pounding. I saw before me an army of men on horses. They were pale green and trampling towards me. They all appeared to be holding ancient looking weapons. They had chains and large swords of some kind. Then to the left of this scene I saw a large snake. It had the print of a leopard on its body. The size of the snake was so big. I cannot stress how large it was. And it was slithering. However, the snakes head wasn’t like a snake…he had a large head of a lion and its mouth was open and its teeth were snarling and it was roaring. Then, to the right of this scene, a bear stepped into view. His mouth was open and was also snarling. He had huge teeth, as if ready to devour. Immediately as I viewed this entire scene, a voice spoke to me, which I know was the Holy Spirit, and said, “The beast is coming.” I have studied prophecy for several years now, but when the Lord gave meth vision I didn’t quite understand it. I get it now. Everything is forming and lining up. Get prayed up, y’all. It’s happening! The end is far more neat than most realize. But, that’s what the Bible says it will be like. I do have to say, at least in our human language, there ARE certain scripture that DO make it sound like the Father is showing favoritism somewhat. Again, I know that language is also very triggering for my own reasons, but I just had to point that out. In the end though, I pray always, that it will all one day finally make perfect sense. Is there a place where I can see the work of FAI in the Middle East? I have searched the website but have not found anything. I would be very interested to see what FAI is doing specifically. There will be no « secret rapture « but there will be the harvest of the world in Revelation 14:14-16 which is the same as in Revelation 11: 12, which is the same as in Matthew 24:30-31. Revelation 11 is running in parallel with Revelation 13 and 14. Revelation 11 is the camera pointing to the 2 witnesses but Revelation 13 is the camera pointing to the beast and his followers. The great ordeal starts from Chapter 7: 1-8, the number 7 of God, then the story continues through 7 chapters, the number 7 of God, from chapter 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 8 and 14, then go back to chapter 7: 9-17 again where the people from the harvest stand before God. Revelation 7: 14 states clearly that those people robed in white are coming from the great ordeal. Then the story continue in chapter 15 for those left behind….

@@Stephens_ thanks for your kind reply. I discovered Art around 2006. He has deeply impacted so many. Reggie helped Art write the book "The Holocaust where was God", that so impacted me. Reggie was Arts right hand man really grom a theological point of view and he helped Art see the place of Israel more clearly. I discovered Reggie 2011 through a conference they did on Daniel. In the channel I mentioned above they are just uploading the masters this week again. Its very good. Have you watched the Covenant and Controversy movies? What Christians seem to forget or do not realize is that the Book of Revelation is in essence a long and cryptic letter written to 7 first Century Churches. The entire 22 chapters is ADDRESSED to them. It was written to them by John at a time when Nero was on the very verge of launching his campaign of terror on the first century churches, some say it was written a short time after his campaign of terror had started. It was always God's will and desire that all 22 chapters of Revelation were to be Read out Aloud to the congregations of each of the 7 churches. So we have to assume that all 22 chapters would have to be relevant to them, and potentially understandable to them, given some time and effort. Another Stumbling Block to understanding Revelation is the type of language it uses. For example in chpt 13 it says " And All the World Wondered after the Beast " The Greek word for ' World ' here is GE. GE can also equally mean Earth or Land. In Young's literal translation states ' All the Land wondered after the Beast. Yahweh said in the Old Testament that he was a "God of War". Jesus never called his Father "Yahweh". He called him "Abba", which means Father. YHWH is the transliteration of the Hebrew יהוה which is often rendered as LORD in English Bible translations. It is generally held that we don’t know how to pronounce this name or title. The New Testament was written in Koinē Greek (a form of Ancient Greek) and so any mention of LORD/Lord is rendered κύριος (Kyrios). Does Jesus refer to God his Father as Lord or Kyrios in the New Testament? YHWH also calls himself other things in the Old Testament. It may be that desert peoples once worshipped a pagan God called YHWH or something similar, just like many of the Israelites did throughout history, but I’m not sure what you want to say with that.

Revelation 9 is the big smoke (2019 - kuvud that makes people coughing and dead by suffocation) and the locusts with scorpion stingers which stung all the people of every nations (2021 - vaskun). The verse 3 says “from the smoke came locust on earth” which means the smoke (kuvud) is the origine of the locust with scorpion stingers (vaskun). Are you sure you did not see that?

Most Christians don’t realize the sacrifice that Jesus made was not because of his death, although his death completed his sacrifice. But his life made him without blemish. Everything he did was out of love, and pleasing in his Father’s sight. He lived a perfect sinless life because he truly loves God with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. We needed him to cover our sins by being the unblemished sacrifice. There wasn’t an animal sacrifice commanded by God. Many dozens of Scripture tells us that. The Lord gave me a vision in February 2020, just before COVID hit. I was getting ready to go to bed and was lying with my son trying to get him to fall asleep. I was suddenly taken into a vision. The vision was stunning and described Revelation 13:1. The vision was real and unbelievably frightening. Just as John wrote, whether I was in or out of the body, I do not know. And I was taken into a scene and there I felt a pounding. I saw before me an army of men on horses. They were pale green and trampling towards me. They all appeared to be holding ancient looking weapons. They had chains and large swords of some kind. Then to the left of this scene I saw a large snake. It had the print of a leopard on its body. The size of the snake was so big. I cannot stress how large it was. And it was slithering. However, the snakes head wasn’t like a snake…he had a large head of a lion and its mouth was open and its teeth were snarling and it was roaring. Then, to the right of this scene, a bear stepped into view. His mouth was open and was also snarling. He had huge teeth, as if ready to devour. Immediately as I viewed this entire scene, a voice spoke to me, which I know was the Holy Spirit, and said, “The beast is coming.”
I have studied prophecy for several years now, but when the Lord gave meth vision I didn’t quite understand it. I get it now. Everything is forming and lining up. Get prayed up, y’all. It’s happening! The end is far more neat than most realize. But, that’s what the Bible says it will be like. I do have to say, at least in our human language, there ARE certain scripture that DO make it sound like the Father is showing favoritism somewhat. Again, I know that language is also very triggering for my own reasons, but I just had to point that out. In the end though, I pray always, that it will all one day finally make perfect sense. There will be no « secret rapture « but there will be the harvest of the world in Revelation 14:14-16 which is the same as in Revelation 11: 12, which is the same as in Matthew 24:30-31. Revelation 11 is running in parallel with Revelation 13 and 14. Revelation 11 is the camera pointing to the 2 witnesses but Revelation 13 is the camera pointing to the beast and his followers. The great ordeal starts from Chapter 7: 1-8, the number 7 of God, then the story continues through 7 chapters, the number 7 of God, from chapter 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 8 and 14, then go back to chapter 7: 9-17 again where the people from the harvest stand before God. Revelation 7: 14 states clearly that those people robed in white are coming from the great ordeal. Then the story continue in chapter 15 for those left behind….

Reggie was Arts right hand man really grom a theological point of view and he helped Art see the place of Israel more clearly.

What Christians seem to forget or do not realize is that the Book of Revelation is in essence a long and cryptic letter written to 7 first Century Churches. The entire 22 chapters is ADDRESSED to them. It was written to them by John at a time when Nero was on the very verge of launching his campaign of terror on the first century churches, some say it was written a short time after his campaign of terror had started. It was always God's will and desire that all 22 chapters of Revelation were to be Read out Aloud to the congregations of each of the 7 churches. So we have to assume that all 22 chapters would have to be relevant to them, and potentially understandable to them, given some time and effort.
Another Stumbling Block to understanding Revelation is the type of language it uses. For example in chpt 13 it says " And All the World Wondered after the Beast " The Greek word for ' World ' here is GE. GE can also equally mean Earth or Land. In Young's literal translation states ' All the Land wondered after the Beast. ' So if Rev 13 is talking about 1st century things, which it is, then most likely the Beast out of the sea is referring to a combo of both the Beast pagan Roman Empire, and one of it's heads at the time, the Beast Nero Caesar. The Beast out of the Land is most likely Old Jerusalem [Judaism], the whore, the harlot Babylon, whom God was once in Covenantal marriage to, but had her put to death in AD 70 for her multitude of unrepentant Adulteries.
So going back to the Greek word GE and Young's literal translation of ' Land ' instead of 'World' Rev 13: 3 could very well just simply mean that the great majority of people living in Rome and it's surrounding districts held their Empire in a certain amount of awe and the majority of Romans supported Nero, as history records, Nero had a majority of support up to the time he bankrupted Rome, then of course he had none and committed assisted suicide with his sword been thrusted into his throat.
Many top scholars like Reformed Theologians, Pastors, and authors like R C Sproul, DR Ken Gentry, Bruce Gore, Eugene Peterson, Hank Hanegraaff, Doug Wilson, Steve Gregg, Gary Demar, John Alley, etc etc are convinced that Rev chapt.13 was totally fulfilled in the 1st Century, and Nothing in it has any Direct Relevance to the 21st Century. Seems to tick all the boxes for me !!

Those who feel they will escape without any effects of the tribulations are shallow and in my opinion lack of faith and will be decieved easily for they are affraid of death and it shows. Yahweh said in the Old Testament that he was a "God of War". Jesus never called his Father "Yahweh". He called him "Abba", which means Father. I am wondering why "Yahweh" never appears in the New Testament. Also, historians discovered that Yahweh was a desert pagan God who was once worshipped alongside his wife "Asherah".
YHWH is the transliteration of the Hebrew יהוה which is often rendered as LORD in English Bible translations. It is generally held that we don’t know how to pronounce this name or title. The New Testament was written in Koinē Greek (a form of Ancient Greek) and so any mention of LORD/Lord is rendered κύριος (Kyrios). Does Jesus refer to God his Father as Lord or Kyrios in the New Testament?
YHWH also calls himself other things in the Old Testament. It may be that desert peoples once worshipped a pagan God called YHWH or something similar, just like many of the Israelites did throughout history, but I’m not sure what you want to say with that.

All nations will be judged but not all nations will be destroyed by Jesus personally at His coming, only those who invade and occupy Israel.
