Bluewater Lake State Park New Mexico | Why have we never been here?

Long video - but we try to show you as much as we can to help you decide on a campsite as well as what you can do at Blue Water Lake. This is a NEW favorite State Park for us! Wow. So many great campsites. Do watch to the end for the surprise!
This state park is between Gallup and Grants New Mexico, just 7 miles south of I-40.
Campsites vary in price, so do check the signs at the pay stations!

NOTE: Our visit was first week of NOVEMBER, and half the campground was closed for season. In the video we show you which sections are CURRENTLY closed. Online at the New Mexico State Parks website it will show when those campground areas will OPEN in Spring.
