Stock definitely sounds louder and more raw if that makes sense. I prefer the fmf, but i definitely prefer a more quiet bike for woods riding. If i was racing I'd probably just use the stock pipe.
@@brumfiba stock is slightly louder, not by much but it is a few inches shorter so it will be a little louder. I bought the TC 2.1 for riding where a spark arrestor is required. I run stock when I’m not riding restricted areas.
@@EnduroScum does the bike actually run noticably different. My 300 xcw came with a power core 2.1, I recently replaced it with a TC 2.1 for the spark arrestor. I honestly can't feel or notice any difference in performance other than the TC is a little more quiet.
@@dianjacobs4053 I think so too, has more of the traditional 2stroke sound. I need the spark arrestor some places I ride so I got a turbinecore for when it’s needed.
its really hard to beat the stock sound! I had to get a spark arrestor silencer for some of the places I want to ride or I probably would have stuck with the stock. thanks for your imput.
@@Trikk57 why do you say they are the only silencers worth it on a 300? I needed a sparky so turbinecore was about the best option, or add a turbine sparky to stock.
Looks a lot like a 4 stroke fmf looks absolutely beautiful
@@dominikkuzma5594 the FMF 2.1 silencers are definitely chunky like a 4 stroke. I kind of like the look though.

@ I couldn’t honestly tell much of a difference between the 2 besides the sound difference.

@@EnduroScum you must live out west lol
but of course man, east coast we dont have thjose worry's. just go
@@DBGROWS no, I’m in Ohio. Hatfield McCoy and state forest trails you have to have a sparky….well supposed to, not sure how often they really check.
@@DBGROWSMichigan all trails and most races require spark arrestors
The only Silencer worth it for these 300's is the R304.. Otherwise leave the stock there.
