Pelargonium, I believe is the spices of plants that Geranium fall under. Basically in this context it's saying it had Geranium as a note. I've always wanted to try this, but it's a hard one to track down. Much appreciated review 🙏
I was driving to LBI, to dj a wedding while listening to this, and a literally see a store sign that says "the good life", right in front of me....wth? Paranormal.
Oh man, I miss this fragrance so much. They release a billion and one Cool Water flankers, but they killed this off :( I've tried other fig scents, but nothing replaces this one. I've seen the Alexandria one, but it has a lot of downvotes on the "this perfume reminds me of" section on Fragrantica EDIT: I just ordered the Alexandria one. I'll let you know if it's any decent
Alexandria fragrances is always on point for me. Only problem with these small clone houses is that they ship their fragrances fresh off the press, so once you get it, you gotta wait a few weeks for them to macerate. When you first get it, it always smells off.

Excellent review, mate. I have an unopened 2ml sample of the EDT and unopened 75ml after shave, and based on this review I'm gonna test the EDT tomorrow and decide if the after shave is worth keeping.
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey Good Life isn't for me, man. Don't get me wrong, it's a good 90s green freshie, well worth the $50 it used to sell for. But nothing special imo, and current prices are inexplicably insane. The EDT sample barely lasted 4 hours on me so the aftershave will inevitably last less - I'll sell it unopened and turn a profit, and buy 2 bottles of Trussardi L'Uomo or some other freshie I like more :)

Both are similar at the base but different all together..good life has this vibe of posh sophisticated relaxed stress free plenty of money in your account feeling. Dune is a middle class worker reality. Both nice though.
Probably the best Spring scent of all time. Literally smells like a Spring day in the park.

I miss when designers would add that melon to give the frag a cool aquatic fruitiness. This one takes me back. One of my favs from the brand.

Dior Dune is VERY close to this given the fig note. Dior Dune is more beautiful imo- its less gourmand and has a dusty mysterious elegance.
