- i hate charge so much im getting hit by it when im under exe or above exe or by the side but then theres just random times where ill phase through PLEASE WHY IS CHARGE LIKE THIS

So I think I finally figured out the charge hitbox: I think you get hit if you were in the path the moment it was activated. For example, when you got hit by it, you were along the path the moment Sonic activated the ability, so even though you dodged it, you still got hit. Or at least that’s what I’ve pieced together; far fetched, I know
Nah holup, you’re onto something, I was at the path he activated and I rocketed boosted outta there with Eggman but I still got hit. What you’re saying makes sense actually.
charge also ping reliant if exe have bad ping u can still get hit even u dodge and roblox have his own server delay

As a roblox og, i can explain why the hitboxes are weird.
Delay
Fir example if u jump, itll take like, ill say 0.9 seconds for the other end to recive that jump. Imagine it like a phone call. It dosent transmite immediately so theres a delay since the internet dosent recive stuff at the speed of light💀
So when u jump to evade the charge. On the other end u were still on the path, thus getting hit.

unfortunately charge takes the already really bad sync hir issue up to 11. It’s nigh unavoidable at points due to the way servers work. It desperately needs a rework if it’s gonna stay imo
