Pre-cast. Goddamn, what rank are you guys? Herald? Lina is pre-cast cuz her team must have ward on that area, hence she pre-cast eul on him and when he jumped in range, it'll automatically use that item on him. You can do the same with pretty much every instant item or skill.

That's a shitty meepo player then. With Winter or disruptor or heroes that can disable multi meepo at once, you have to build defensive items. Aghanim scepter is a must. I usually let my alt meepo do the fighting and I'm out of range, chasing other hero so if winter wyvern use ss on my 4 meepo, I'll just poof in and queue mega meepo because when it reaches the alt meepo, it will instantly cast mega meepo. Solid item.
