We should pull out from commonwealth of nations because because 16 prosperous countries accept Elizabeth II as queen and we INDIAN'S should think about INDIA first no need to call any ambassy as high-commission and vis-vers. It is a sweet poison to continue indian's as slave. I can't explain it bcz it will take days or months to clarify. Commonwealth is important because of some reasons..
1. The Commonwealth provides a space where big and small nations can speak as equals.
2. It's a voluntary association and if it wasn't performing properly there wouldn't be a queue to join.
3 It encourages developing members to raise their standard of democracy, rights and governance.

The relevance of Commonwealth:
We all learn from our past, history, the mistakes we made and the experience which we got from the event of the history. Most of the Commonwealth nations share the same history of British Rule and well aware of the loss of the humanity and the deprived condition of the human. It is the stage where we can promote the better life for the future generations by sharing the past and also we can teach them a lesson how the rule for profit harms the humanity.
The relevance of the Commonwealth can be analyzed by the fact that it has 40% youth of the world which will nurture the future of the world. 53 nations and more than 80 institutions around the world are working together for a better future. So, this kind of organizations we need in the current scenario of the world where nations are becoming selfish and trying to capture the resources as much as possible.
The Commonwealth nations can come together to work for humanity, mutual prosperity, to eliminate the situation which we have experienced in the past, to teach the lesson that one should not try to capture the freedom and happiness.
The much better thing about the Commonwealth that it was not formed to promote any financial or trade kind of opportunities among the nations but to prosper the cultural and social ties. Basically, through this stage, we have a chance to show our soft powers to the other part of the world and to promote the religious, cultural, social, sports, tourism kind of activity.
Conclusion: Commonwealth is an experience of the bitter history of the British colonies. After remembering this fact we should not feel angry or offended from the nations but we should take the lesson from it that ruling someone should be done to give them a better life and bright future ahead. We should promote fair chances to the every sector fo the society. Nations should come forward for the human being of the world and they should respect the soverneighty of each other.

We don't need slavery time to remember we should quit soon basically Britain want to show they now also king of those countries.

common wealth of nation should focus on securty, free trade, economy, of each member in the group.
I Think the only reasons that India still in commenwealth is India wants unsc membership support from UK and also Indian students get scholarships from UK and some special immigrants rights because to stay in commenwealth is like nothing and I wondered why India not leaves commenwealth after 1971 war that Britain sent aircraft carrier against us (which Russians blocks the way and scar them so carrier went back to Britain)
And now there is question of pride of this nations that UK backstabbing commenwealth when he joins eu and when he don't want to follow eu's laws so again they want to make commenwealth as a economic corporation to replace eu and we see clearly that commonwealth run by one country if we Indians only want Unsc membership. Because of that UK don't want that any new members join in that but still support India.
The UK is still trying to get America to become a Commonwealth nation but we said no

Sir the way you teach is really awesome.. You give a detailed explanation of the topic in a proper pace. One can easily have the complete knowledge about the topic by listening it once. while for Gourav sir's videos one have to play the video at least 2 to 3 times to understand what he is saying.. be it in hindi or english.. So I would request you to make all the important videos so that we can save our valuable time.
What I think About Commonwealth of Nations is that It's A Old fashioned Powerful Written Organization which is not So physical As we know. And yes It's Relevant on the basis of Current Activities of All the Developing Nations Which petty much Support to each other. I'm not so Surprised so see that India is Also a member of This Org. But

1) इसमें सभी देश लोकतांत्रिक देश है और भारत विश्व का सबसे बड़ा लोकतांत्रिक देश है जिसके कारण भारत अपनी सॉफ्ट डिप्लोमसी को धार दे सकता है।
2) इसे एक प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में इस्तेमाल करके भारत विश्व को मल्टी पोलर बनाकर स्वम इसका लीडर बन सकता है।
3) खेल डिप्लोमसी को ओर धार देकर जिन देशों से भारत के सम्बंध अच्छे नही है उन्हें ओर अच्छा बना सकता है।
4) WTO में रिफॉर्म के लिए इस प्लेटफॉर्म का इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।
5) UNO में सुरक्षा परिषद का सदस्य बनने में इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।
6) NAM ओर कॉमन वेल्थ नेशन ग्रुप का भाग होने के कारण ,ये दोनों प्लेटफॉर्म भारत को ग्लोबल लीडर बनने का मार्गप्रशस्त कर सकते है।

As you said dhawan sir that commonwealth nations are not actively working to improve and develop the group as a way to grow their countries....so these group is only reminding us that we are under great Britain in past and may be in present also. ..so we have to quit it......
Common Wealth Nations,
is an amalgamation of countries with different ideologies and agendas, apart from british constitutional connection, they have nothing in common.
And as far as India's perspective,
Most of the countries out of 53 are small and economically underdeveloped, apart from from certain exceptions such as NZ, AUS, CAN, UK.
So trade benefits, or strategic benefits are literally nil.
And India, has its own internal problems and goals to look after, rather than to focus on development and guidance of these small nations.
There is much more potential if they unite and form common currency. Together, they will make over 11 trillion GDP. It is important to form a union since China has become too powerful and war with China is inevitable.
The commonwealth includes 2.4 billion people, including some rapidly growing nations like Nigeria which is estimated to have a population of 800 million by the end of the century.
There’s definitely a big opportunity there but I doubt anything will happen.

Reasons:
1- To promote democracy and different aspects of democracy within different countries of world.
2- To strengthen the power by being in a group.Ex: UN
3- To promote games and sports as mini olympic.

In the changing era of world geography and the political stance it becomes vital for the democratic countries to preserve the democracy . So far common wealth countries are not participating in trade relation or economic relation this provide countries a platform to be open without biased opinion and cooperate in order to maintain humanitarian ground , democracy , peace in the member countries . At the level of deplomacy it is imperative that in the biennial meetings the political relation could be strengthened and this unity could become a strong voice in the meetings of UNGA . Poor countries can be helped to maintain peace implement the democracy and build up a peaceful countries nation from commonwealth nations. At the security level these countries can take measures to fight with terrorism within the country with the assistance of member countries and in the indian ocean region .
