The problem is she had evidence of bodily harm and he was not cooperative in trying to combat the evidence. The cops (at least to me), were initially trying to get his side and he wasn't giving any information. On that basis the probable cause was there, and he made no attempts to counter it. Hence, jail. The charges eventually dropped and he moves on. The system worked. If he had handled it differently he wouldn't have been put in cuffs and taken into custody. He made the situation unnecessarily worse.

The problem is she had evidence of bodily harm and he was not cooperative in trying to combat the evidence. The cops (at least to me), were initially trying to get his side and he wasn't giving any information. On that basis the probable cause was there, and he made no attempts to counter it. Hence, jail. The charges eventually dropped and he moves on. The system worked. If he had handled it differently he wouldn't have been put in cuffs and taken into custody. He made the situation unnecessarily worse.

Both parties show signs of being assaulted and they arrest Davis and threaten his manager. They ignore the wishes of the custodial parent who consents to having his manager be responsible for his daughter resolve the pending arrest. The handling of this is awful.

Your right i married at a young age to a undocumented person we were high school sweethearts , i was getting her a green card and as soon as I found out that she was having a affair I told her to leave and would no longer help her fix her status to get her papers she threatened me that if I didn’t leave her the car with debit card she would call the cops and would believe her cops do end up knocking and tell me that they just want to talk outside I do as I had nothing to hide and as soon as I step out they put me under arrest she self made cuts on her neck and was crying the victim, I was booked in jail fingerprinted and mouth swabbed , I eventually put bail and fought my case all the way to trial , I ended up getting evidence that she was using my card to buy cloths for men when I was in jail , pictures of her with another man and using my card for her own gain , she also admitted that she did it as too gain her way to get her papers , the jury ended up taking my side but she put me threw hell as that cops had told me we believe her beacuse ur a man ur stronger then her its pathetic that they always believe the females and that is why they do this sort of acts
