One other "budget" carry is Gastly. Rare Egg Move Astral Barrage is needed, but MGengar is a base 170 SpA, 135 base Speed mon that gets candies really fast. Maybe I am a bit blinded by the fact I got a red shiny of it very early, but it puts in a lot of work. And for normal/Dark types, it also gets Aura Sphere as a more common egg move.
Absolutely I just went over a few, but there are lots. Also Mega Charizard with Beast Boost, Swords Dance Mega Lucario, there are tons and Gengar is definitely one of them!!
Worth noting that the multi-lens item has been changed, so population bomb will no longer hit 40 times. It'll only hit the 10 times. I think it's still worth having since it is the highest flinch chance. If you want it even more, though, it's probably better to fuse with a serene grace mon than a tapu. You can have a tapu in the back, or even a prankster misty terrain mon for situations where misty surge is needed.

It has Sturdy as a passive, and Purifying Salt as an active ability, preventing it from being statused. When not upgraded, the combo costs 6 points; 2,5 when fully upgraded, making it easy to fit on the team

@@Joshawott302 Well I myself prescribed to the dots+nature's madness style of endless, but it's been working really well. the only annoyance is since I bring a tapu to get nature's madness I have to find a mimikyu which... eventually you do it just sometimes takes a while since he's only in the graveyard. Just know fusion messes up disguise so you probably don't wanna fuse mimikyu but otherwise it seemed really effective at consistently getting curse off without dying. with curse, seed, water type salt cure and natures madness off the shedinja fusion a foe takes over 100% hp damage a turn (25+12.5+25+50) so it was really good to ensure even the lame ones that spam rest or recover or whatever just die in 1. it does make me wonder then though if the sturdy mon under this could replace leech seed w/ natures madness though. to have nature's madness, salt cure, soak, protect after a swap from mimikyu curses though due to hp gating it might still help to have the leech seed so i'm unsure.
I just made a run with Disguise and it doesnt seem to work on Smeargle unfortunately (This is as on v1.1.6 it might be changed in the future but as of now only works for Mimikyu)
@Joshawott302 as I said you don't fuse mimikyu you leave mimi unfused. Form changes which this technically is don't work if it's fused. You cant also get prankster but you usually dont need it. Mimi is fast enough if you give it a speed boost nature which you should. Plus lets say you go second. Unless its a multi hit move (which would kill both disguise and sturdy equally) then you have your disguise break, still have the hp to curse and you got the curse off. If you go second you got the curse off then disguise broke. While you cant get prankster curse with this, you also dont really need it and the lack of prankster means you can curse on dark mons. What you wanna do with smeargle is fuse it with nincada instead as when it evolves you get smeajask and smeadinja one with prankster speed boost and one with prankster wonder guard for only 1 DNA splicer and due to sketch you can learn all moves on BOTH of em without needing further splicers for them by sketching your teammate using the move in a double battle. Dark void even makes it way easier to do that without dying too!

You use the DNA Splicer to give Burst to one of the Pokemon then unfuse so you can get it on the Pokemon, there a lot of Pokemon that can learn it so it should not be terribly difficult to get it
Sorry if I'm asking too much question but does any other pokemon hold the move population bomb that isn't tandemaus and it's line? I been though a thousand rounds and only 1 tandemaus spawned in the earlier rounds
It is the only pokemon that gets it through level up since its that pokemon special move. Though you can start with, currently Kricketot, Minccino, Pikipek, Skwovet, or Falinks as they have them as Rare Egg Moves so if you have them unlocked bringing them is one way for it to work.
Im on my furthest endless run at 870 been powering through with marshadow and like 3 sturdy pokemon in the pack getting that chip damage on the bosses its getting tough though dont think marshadow gonna push through to much longer
@Joshawott302 I have a shell bell and 2 leftovers with the healing charm item also I managed to get 3 grip claws to on him so I'm pretty consistently snatching berries so usually always have sitrus berries
Yeah but I don't have Metal Burst on either of them yet so it would be a waste of a fusion EDIT: To clarify neither learn that from level up or TM I need to fuse it on one, defuse then I can fuse them.
W Video, also I really like to Soak into Leech Seed + Salt Cure then switches into my Metal Burst to finish it up I find it slightly faster this way. I always use Misty Surge + Sturdy so I don't have to care about Lum Berries on Metal Burster but imma try out your Magic Guard one! I also like fusing carries onto Psychic Surge like Calyrex-S onto anyone with passive Psychic Surge so the 1-2000 are quicker without the obstacle of Sucker Punch. Roar is also a really good QoL! Makes it easier for you to catch shiny/dex on double battles~

I wanted it to be a full guide and what to look for I also went over pokemon that are good for just starting out. Like I said in the video, obviously if you have everything this is what works but if not he's some others that also work.

Hope the next event is even crazier.
This event was what all the fans wanted. One of the devs made a reddit post and asked what they want to see in future events and they listened to the fan base which is such a relief to see for once. I'm sure we will continue to get amazing events coming in the future!!!
it's still good in the late Game for money sustainability when doing the Runaway strat, you can easily encounter them with Ribombee where i fuse with my Linoone exchanging Pick-up for Honey Gather + Runaway (Passive). since pick up won't matter anymore when you start running the battles.

This I agree with the chances of flinching are still very high but I do think Serene Grace would be a fantastic change to the build!!

You could be in the fog, there could be an ability at play like Sand Veil or Snow Cloak, something like that
