Hey have u tried to simply just draw ur brows with an eyebrow pencil..I feel like in real, most peope just outline and fill brows with a pencil most of the times..

I get super oily too when I use skin tints, but I'll have to make sure to use mattifying primers and set my face to keep everything in place👍🏾.
