I was shocked by the extent of the flooding. According to Reuters, about 230 square miles (600 square km.) of the Kherson region is under water. That is mind boggling! Hopefully the waters will start receding soon. As you've mentioned before Olena, Russia does not care about people, so it's no surprise that they are shelling areas where rescues are underway.
