Ohio Valley Night to Shine 2023 Highlights
Night to Shine is a prom for people with special needs sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Bowman United Methodist Church is the host for the Ohio Valley Night to Shine. More than 200 people with special needs had an awesome time with makeup and hair, karaoke, gifts, a red carpet intro, limo rides, photo booth, dinner, crowns and tiaras, and of course, the dance with DJ Brian Oliver and DJ Jay Yelenic.
