I have a theory why Minos died from V1. He lost hope mid fight and because of his lowered will power his body couldn't sustain itself thus why he died with holes of light forming on his body. Minos might have been defeated by literal psychological warfare

Minos prime had the coldest intro. I love hearing it all the time. It was better than marauder’s in DE. Its also very unfortunate what he was forced to go through. He was a good king to the lust layer, but was wrongly killed by gabriel, and when imprisoned he decided to take revenge on gabriel, all just to get killed by V1. Didn’t deserve it ngl.

The fact that V1 had literally just fought one of the most powerful supernatural beings in his verse and that being a prime soul from the will of a demigod and just continues like it's nothing but seeing them as fuel.
Tip for flesh prison, use the green gun, if you can't aim for the eyes, shoot the coins, they have the smallest hitbox but if you throw it and don't move the camera horizontally it will eventually hit the crosshair. When he does the blue burst attack, stay still and spam the parry by aiming at him, also for damage shoot with the nailgun. Obviously, it will hit you, but it's worth it since for each parry you will regenerate life and you will deal a lot of damage. this, added to the trick of the green gun, you will kill many eyes and you will do a lot of damage
