it's really nice to see her play an adult
She looks like an adult, mostly because of the hair but some scenes are giving off "college" vibes
Because some scenes are set in college
It’s disturbing how you got all these people in 30s and 20s acting like teenagers. And also I’m might be reaching but Hollywood is known for adults courting young bloods and taking advantage of them so maybe that has something to do with it?
@@knives5964you know that most people in college are young adults right? And if you wanna argue 18-19 isn’t a young adult yet since their still a teenager, even if that were the case, most people attending college range between their early and late twenties, so to say she doesn’t look “adult” because she looks like she’s in college doesn’t really make sense..

@@Littlebigtime Relax I'm one of her biggest fans and have seen 80% of her entire filmography but I won't lie and say Hollywood hasn't been casting her in roles that require her to be less glamorous (Dune,Spider-Man trilogy and Euphoria) than she usually is which isn't a big deal to me at all but that's something to take note of especially from someone (me) who discovered her in K.C Undercover back in 2015 and that role had her looking like her usual glammed up self 24/7
She’s progressed so well. Malcolm & Marie, Dune, Spider-Man, Challengers, Euphoria - Great resume so far. And she’s produced 2 so far. i need to see her movements in this film, because I think she can be an action star tbh. Zendaya as Lara Croft is my inspired casting. But she’s trending into this Angelina Jolie/ Halle Berry avenue in terms of appeal.

The Greatest Showman and Malcolm and Marie?
Already I'm LOVING the dialouge, editing, and camera work.
The dialogue is THE BEST part of this movie, even if sometimes, it *is* very explanatory.
The only thing I didn't like is the ending. All the movie builds up to that ending scene and how it will all conclude but the ending doesn't deliver on those promises.

She’s getting better as an actress each film. Along with her producing, she’s going to be a powerhouse soon. I see a Angelia Jolie/ Halle Berry hybrid with a higher ceiling for zendaya.
@youngblood4127 probably it's always similar roles in a way. She plays the smart and "I look like I don't care" roles. Even in Spiderman, it starts off like that.

The choice after this scene to use a really soft and chill bossanova song with the two of them just sitting together is absolutely genius. Massive contrast to the techno we'd been hearing before that really heightens the emotions in the scene
It was really strange and surprising in the theatre but by the end worked perfectly to express the stage they were at then, where Art desperately just wants his wife to love him for who he is, to raise their kid together, and she bluntly makes clear that’s not what this is about, even after all that time. It’s a perfect melancholy track just like the choir prayers earlier in the film

I know we gathered here today to thirst over Zendaya but I like this guy too. I saw him in the tv show Panic and I don’t know what is it about him exactly but I feel compelled. He looks even better here. Whole trio is so hot I can feel my interest in Tenis grow by the second

A lot off has do with the movies she does. If you look at her resume a lot the films she is in are the biggest high budget film in those years. And also studio’s put a lot of money on advertising PR/interviews and that kind of thing to put her and also to movie out there

Based on reading the preliminary script: Her love above all was tennis. She married him because he was willing to work hard to win. And he was able to become one of the most successful champions. But at this stage he has lost his passion for the game and even wants to retire. That makes him less attractive to her. She loves men that have drive

The only thing I do have to say is that, she is playing an athlete but Zendaya's built not like a pro-tennis player. Would have been nice to see a bit more athleticism to her body in terms of tennis athlete.
