I started playing drums in about 1965 I am now 73 years old. I have attempted to cover through the years drummers like John Bonham, Ginger Baker, Dino Danelli among others. But this guy is untouchable I have never seen a better drummer ever ! I could never come close to him. You Sir are the best . By the way when are you going out on tour ?
Agree! But why go on tour and deal with all that music industry crap when you can stay at home or the studio and just have fun and practice etc.. tour would be such a downgrade of life quality imo
I used to play drums in a couple of bands many years ago, but I'm in awe of the guys skills. On a scale of 1 to 1,000,000, I was a 1, he is 2,000,000. Unbelievable talent.

In all honesty we should count our time with the instrument by hours because a day in this guy is 8 hours playing, not everybody can pull that out of a single day. Now translate that to a year...

Nobody, and I mean nobody gets close to this guy, he does it all, jazz, metal you name it he does it and he does insanely well at all of it. It's not just his speed. It's his technique, his use of accents, and his insane precision not to mention he can use any technique on any part of that kit he chooses, he can take a well known song and play it with 1 hand and you wouldnt know the difference even make it harder in some cases, if you disagree you just have never played the drums are deaf or have no music knowledge at all His better than anyone I've seen or heard and those include death metal drummers, Buddy Rich, moon, whoever doesn't matter this guy slaps them and end there careers with only using 1 hand not to mention he's only 26 🤣 this isn't even his final form 👀. He is the best drummer so far. Ever. Period.

Also why "just practice" line is nonsense Unless you have talent and physiological disposition no matter how many hours you practice you wont be EVER approaching what he can do ... I know i couldnt and same goes for vast majority of the population... Yes he is that one in million...
@@diggie9598 only child can think that they can do whatever they try, adults know that there are limitations to ones natural born abilities there are basic prerequisites for any skill and for drumming thats ability to independently control all four limbs each doing a different task at the same time. I literally CANNOT do that and neither can the vast majority of human population as most of us are physically capable of doing complex tasks with only one maybe two dominant limbs NOT all four No matter how long i would try i would never be able to be a drummer not a good one anyway as im lacking basic "talent" that would make that possible and thats something you have to be BORN with. its the same thing as lets say violin for which you require perfect tonal hearing without which you will never achieve a good tone from fretless instrument
While talent give your a heads up, practice and discipline is required to achieve a pro level no matter the talent. And I believe everyone with practice and dedication can achieve and mid average-pro level. It can take you longer than others but you can. God level on the other hand is achievable for fewer people
Hard work alone will never match what hard work plus natural talent can achieve. In the case of EES, he has reached a limit that is so sublime, you'd have to be a complete idiot to think him simply practicing a lot is the reason he can do what he does. This man was custom built by Gods own hands to drum.
