- First pull after raising exhaust port timing to 167deg (from 145), exhaust widened 6mm, transfers raised to ~112deg, transfer roof angle adjusted, Transfers widened and port matched to the case, intake widened 2mm. Custom hydroformed pipe tuned for 8k RPM. PWK21 carb with high flow manifold. 32t rear sprocket, 27" tires.
Carb needs tuning down low, or more likely a smaller carb.
peak RPM 10,600RPM. Peak HP @ 8000RPM (10.4HP). It lost a fair bit of low end torque at 167deg, not very practical for a 32t rear.
This engine produced ~3.4HP in stock form, out of the box after run-in (on this dyno). These HP numbers may not be 100% accurate, but thanks to physics and maths, the gains are. So whatever this engine made stock, it is now making 3x that power (peak, not average).
A stock 66cc china doll makes ~1.5HP on this dyno. A stock 9HP 125cc pitbike measured 7.5HP on this dyno. Hopefully from these numbers you can estimate what kind of power this BT100 is making.
The reflector staying on is a miracle
Nha centrifugal forces make it stay stronger 😂
@@EatSleepSkrrt fr. We all know the real champ is that brake-less rear wheel and those loosen pallettes
@@TwinShards ong
the tire goes round and round but to take off the reflector you need to pull it off from the sides
I’d put my money on that tire though…
You know you're going fast when bicycle makes dirt bike noise
I don't know if it comes with the bike, but it has a little 2 stroke engine mounted on the frame
You can get an 80cc kit for a motorized bike for 90 bucks
@@skyler9988 those are bicycle engine kits. they dont come with bikes, well usually anyway
@@trentbikes Ah, okay
Can we all just appreciate the fact he is legitimately wearing his "Safety Uggs" 😂
The fact he has a laptop in the background makes this more legendary. Like goddamn, buddy, it wasn’t enough to have an engine on a bicycle you’re gonna tune it too? Talk about a sleeper 😂
Don’t let the crackheads see this, or we’re gonna see these on the highway doing 120 😂
We definitely need to see this goin 120+ damn it they ought to be fitted with 50-125cc v8s/v12s and 6 speeds!
@@Montgomery_N_Pottichen04 😂
@@Montgomery_N_Pottichen04 No one has ever gone 90-100+ on a motorized bike, or at least that's recorded/proven.
Is there 2stroke with ecu....if it's cdi it doesn't require laptop to tune ...I think the laptop is for the Dyno machine
@@le_mons you’re reading too far into it
Cool, time to take it for a spin and see what she's got. Sounds great!
Man, that motorized bicycle sounds like a chainsaw at 10,000RPMs!!!!
Bro i was dreaming about this in my sleep, thank you
I was just about to talk shit about the footwear and happened to notice the channel name lmao
i can already go fast enough with only my feet. i wouldn't dare ride this 10hp bicycle.
I won’t want my ass this close to a bicycle tire spinning at 10k RPM …
or my testicles
plus theres an engine there that can explode into shrapnel lol
God damn dude, thats nuts
Thats wild🔥🔥🔥
I was waiting for it to blow up
haha me too buddy, every time I run it up on the dyno
thats one angry little engine
It's been 10 months where's the next video? I'm just curious
As soon as I get this car off they dyno I'll start on the chinarelli build
Very nice!
What happen an where did you go, we dont use fuqbook soooooo,,, Halla 👽👍🏻
I'm still here! It's been super busy at work but hopefully that'll ease up soon and I can get back to the bikes. I've got a few interesting mods to test including Nitrous, Nitromethane and a couple more 'performance' mods
@@SafetyUggs Yep, Work has been heavy lately around here, Just watching out for those intakes, an Cool Videos 😁👽👍🏻
Homemade dyno hits different 💀
Hahaha man. I love this video
Hi mate , are this exhaust will be good , for 85cc Avenger , thanks.
100k would disintegrate i think. Is way cool tho.
Next new post?
I've got a fill Minarelli kit for the 80cc here waiting - Just need some good weather to fit it and run it up on the dyno. It's still winter over here in Australia
You should do some porting on 66/80 cc
That Thang was Humming 👽👍
Yooo when can we get some new content 🥲
My China Minarelli kit is due here Friday :-)
@@SafetyUggs I’m building an Athena Minarelli with a parmakit ignition and the Rmh pipe, and a Chinese one with a ktm50 igntion and what ever pipe I cobble up for it. Aren’t you the one that was talking to puch about the Aliexpress digital cdi?? That’s something we need to see a video about lol cause I know I could use a digital cdi
@@midwestmotorbikes2696 For the price that digital CDI is great. The software is a little clunky but once you get the hang of it it's easy enough. You do need to make a bracket for a trigger coil, or use a ktm50 style with the inbuilt trigger. Once the chinarelli is broken in I'll do a video on the digital ignition
what is the difference between the ktm50 magneto and the regular motorized bike one? Always been confused why smolik and rdm designed thier cases to use that magneto and that there has to be some sort of gain. ryan and other people have been able to make a ktm50 magneto fit a Chinese case but if you could explain the inbuilt trigger aspect too that would be cool
I'm not too sure why they use them, perhaps they offer some level of base timing adjustment or a stronger spark (having two coils instead of one)?. Both the KTM50 and china doll stators (the coil part) are electrically similar and operate in the same way. They provide both the charge current for the capacitor in the CDI and also the trigger pulse. Real CDI systems have a separate trigger or pulse coil which is used to trigger the CDI. It is easier to add a trigger coil to a KTM50 stator as there's more room than the stock chinadoll stator. It's easier yet to remove the stock stator and make a small mount for a pulse coil and run the digital CDI kit.
video less than 1 minute = i click
Hey i have a bt100v2 that i got recently and i was wondering how you got yours to rev so high. I have a 32tooth sprocket on a 26” wheel and i struggle to go past 30. Am looking for more top speed so I can commute on some main ish roads without being a hazard going 30 in a 45.
I actually have a 32 tooth sprocket. Also what im asking is how you increased the timing and how you ported it and stuff. I know about that but i dont know how to do it because there are no videos showing how to increase timing.
@@willthesadpills2903I'd suggest going up from a 32t. It's way too small for a 26". These are small engines and make their power at higher RPM's. I'd go 38t at a minimum and get some jets for your carb to get it dialed in. Once you get the carb sorted, it'll make good power up to 8k stock and with a 38t that'll get you 40+mph. Add a decent pipe and you could drop to 36t. If you need to cruise around at 50mph, this motor probably isn't for you.
@@willthesadpills2903 32T is overgearing. you also dont have enough power. go 36-40T. My minarelli tops out around 9500rpm on 40 and 44T so I put on 32T and still tops out 9k, cruising at 50mph.
@@SafetyUggs my bike tops out at 32 because of a governor of some sort. I really would like to know how to take it off. I installed a cns high performance carb after breaking it in and it still hits that same limiter or something at like half throttle. Any ideas?
The 32t works great with the new carb it accelerates great and is very torquey until that limiter so i dont think that its over-geared tbh
Stock internals? Just a proper pipe and a 22mm carb?
No, not at this point. Exhaust port was widened 6mm, duration raised to 167deg, transfers raised to 112deg. All the info is in the description just above
@@SafetyUggs apologies for not checking the description
@@paulmryglod4802 No problem at all!
Just sub! Opp told me about you! Right now, brother, send it!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
gasoline is wonderful!
I have a bt100 v2, can you please make a video covering everything you did to the v1 so myself and others may do our best to replicate? I can't believe you made this thing slap this hard. Mine has half the performance on a 32t sprocket with the muffler cap off.
I'd suggest trying a 44t or 40t and see how that rides. Grab a jet kit for your carb and I'm sure you'll have a much quicker bike. I wasn't happy with how this bike rode with a 32t, even with the power it was making. It's much more fun with a 44t for off-road/trails and 38t for top speed on asphalt.
I raised the exhaust ports a little too high recently so I'll record me porting a new jug to where it needs to be and upload for you if you wanted to try follow along
@@SafetyUggs dang. Well on a 32t and a claimed balanced crank, I can't get past 34 before it starts shaking like crazy. I guess the v2 isn't as refined as the first. My replacement was supposed to arrive today but didn't as the first v2 piaton ring snagged on the exhaust port and the bevel gears sheared to nothing.
How??
A bit of porting, a tuned pipe and carb 🙂
Does it rev out to 10k reliably?
It did but it got pretty hot at those RPM's. It could have benefited from a decent aftermarket head
Next 22.000rpm?
good luck
You might want to put a little more time into truing that wheel before continuing lol
that high of an rpm calculates to about 11k G's. the average human can take about 1 G
Someone hasnt been on the motorized fb group. Stock itll hit 10k. ...give it a pipe and a decent carb, which it appears you have no reed valve? The bt100 is a diamond in the rough. 10,0000 should be stock.
I have over 8000 miles on mine.
What hp?
The dyno is reporting a touch over 10hp, though some say my dyno reads higher than it should. There's another video on the channel going through dyno numbers and comparing this bike to a 125cc pitbike
2 stroke
No way that was 10k more like 1,000
the engine is at 10k not the wheel
Omg beautiful🥲
Liar 3000 rpm
What do you suppose these bikes idle at?
