In this 20 part course, I go through understanding color entirely in its basics. This will be useful if you're looking to deepen color knowledge in your own work!

Lastly, it all comes down to confidence. Be bold when making decisions while working with color because often it's when we let go of expectation and experiment more with color that we truly deepen our understanding of color and how to work with it. So don't be afraid to try different combinations of color and see what the results bring you! I hope this color course helps and thanks so much for taking the time to watch these!

Wow, that was both inspiring and educational! I really love color, but working with it is something I’ve been afraid of. But this course really helps to understand the key aspects that I need to focus on! Especially hue, saturation and brightness. This was so helpfull!! I watched it all and appreciated every bit of it. Color has always been very intimidating, and I only ever really knew bits and pieces so it was really nice for it all start to click and come together.

I watched all ur video’s and it’s really helpful, thank u! I already knew some of these things but not most of them so this really helped me! I’m struggling more with the brushes then colors tbh.
Brushes can add alot of different effect to an artwork too. Sometimes i feel like I’m using brushed which isn’t meant for the thing I’m painting bc at the end the texture just doesn’t seem right to me. I hope u will give tips about how to use brushed correctly too. I don’t use photoshop but paint tool sai 2, but i can still kind of learn what kind of brush I’m supposed to use. I feel like the skin i color is a little bit too smooth while i want it to be more painty and realistic. I use the right colors and the colors which i want to use so that can’t be it.
Idk if u will every give us a brushes tip but if not than that’s okay too but i would really like to get some tips about that too.
Hey I just came here from CG Cookie & I really like your lessons there, but I think I'm the only one who's doing the exercises.
I was told that their going to get the concept art courses, is their any other site that has the same content, heck if you have your classes on other platforms I would love to hear about them.
Also sorry to trouble you, but I've done a few of your exercises on that site, any way you can grade them? Some have been have been waiting for almost a year now.
Just a suggestion, but if you do a cgc course reupload again, or even for your regular videos, you may want to make several, or even one, longer video/s, just so you can get a better revenue stream from youtube! Though hey, if this is how it's working for you, cheers, keep doin it! Just wanna make sure you get what you're worth, especially with the effort, love, and time you put in. :p Regardless, thanks so much for releasing this and continuing to be an awesome dude!
