I replaced my inserts, the driver side works great. But on the passenger side, the top plastic tab still does not pop into place to secure it. It will go and click, but then instantly pops right back out. Any suggestions?
I’d try to look at the tab and see what’s going on whether it’s too skinnny or too thick or fat. Thinking maybe can easily grind some material off if needed, or can use some epoxy to make it thicker or fatter if needed. Another option off top of my head might be some sticky backed Velcro to help hold it in place on the underside of the panel if you can find a conspicuous spot for it to go.
