I find it more like a muscle that can be strengthened. As a young lad, I learned the value in taking things slowly, one step at a time and the benefits of putting a task down to return to later. Now, it's much easier to let things be and avoid the rush to get it over with. When things don't go the way I wanted, maybe something else is coming around the bend. Maybe having this same old conversation with a friend is helpful venting for them, we'll get back to gaming or whatever later. Sure there are times when enough is enough and it's time to put the foot down but figuring out when those times are and when you can just see how things play out for a bit is practicing patience.
He does not really have a channel. Last video is 2 years ago. And linking to anything else is kinda weird, since he himself does not really care. He could shout out himself every stream, but doesn't, which is kinda awesome nowadays
