One of my best times was my third time trying my hand at being a squad leader, shit was exploding everywhere my buds and i were in a trench and funny thing was everyone was listening to me giving out orders, i wanted to take a area that had a fob and hab but I wanted some suppression so i dc’d a abrams tank near me to shell the crap out of the enemy, and once he did about five times I told my guys to charge and we destroyed the radio and killed off the stragglers we were the Americans.
Yes, with how many hours I played against insurgents, when I hear the ied sound, I flinch, even irl in stores and shit

What it takes to stop Shroud:
- about 2 minutes of near constant concentrated artillery barrage
- half a batallion
- ALOT of chaos
or a couple shots from 200m because this idiot full autos at that range

How to stop so called pro fps players in a game
Throw them in squad and show them how real guns in a hectic Battlefield shoots like 90% misses
One of my favourite moments in gaming ever happened in this game. My squad and one other squad were positioned on a ridge overlooking a deep valley. The enemy were advanding up the steep cliff, as well as along a winding road, desperate to dislodge us. Suddenly, an APC came around a bend and began rolling up that road, firing at the same time. People were dropping everywhere but i managed to survive the first volley.
After a moment of silence a stranger spoke though local VC:
''Hey, careful man.''
I look left and see a medic crawling towards a downed squaddie, lying in the open, right on the crest of the ridge.
''I FUCKING HAVE TO GET HIM UP, HE'S THE ONLY ONE WITH AT HERE AND THAT DAMNED APC IS COMING STRAIGHT AT US!'' The medic shouted in reply
I don't know why that moment stuck with me but it did.
This game is prob the best shooter out currently as far as realistic shooters go.
I'm 3,000 hours deep now and its still got me waiting for time off to play.
I play squad and other mil sim shooters like HLL, GB, RON, Insurgency but nothing beats Tarkov by a longshot.

@@gordonlamon6480 tarkov isnt very realstic like a lot of people think it is. putting on certain headphones to hear better and adding 10 attachments to a gun doesnt make it have 0 recoil and perfect accuracy. It definitely is realistic in a lot of senses but there is a lot thats not.

5:00 The first and most realistic heli I've ever seen in video games, the size, the movements, etc etc.
This game is the best to watch! First 3 minutes were more intense than any of the movies/series.
And this channel is GOLD, longer videos, variety in content. Keep this up and it'll be better than the main channel 💥🤝
This game humbles everyone. No one is bad nor anyone is good. Just need to have a good eye and some listening(though, just hope your team is good at leading the whole team)
But everyone gets better with experience, thats for sure. Get used to sounds, directions, recognizing shapes and movements.

I know that feeling of getting killed by a knife. My squad and I setup a couple mortars one match up in some mountains with half my squad. As I was firing someone came from behind and took us all out lol. No one was really talking in our squad so literally no one called it out to warn us. Impressive on his end but sad on ours.

hi shroud, probably got told by chat already, but in case u ever pick up the rpg again: big puls are 50m, small plus are 150m and after that in the grid the numbers to the left are in 100m
We need gore like Hell Let Loose, legs, arms, heads gone from explosions, we need sounds for headshots too like a helmet ding or something. This game has so much potential, just needs to nail those two elements.

Scariest thing I experienced playing squad was the arty deployed by enemy commander. Mortar fire don't even compare to the arty.
It's artillery not motars but yes it's terrifying when your in it's range lol

There are a million ways to play squad this is the tip of the iceberg. From planting 10 ieds on cap sites to burying the whole team in tunnels and blocking it with vehicles so the enemy cant cap

My advice is play tutorials and watch youtube vids on how to use all of the kits. This game has a learning curve to it but when you understand what is happening around you, you'll gonna feel the fun
@@sr7productions564 Tutorial/ training grounds in the beginning of the game pretty much teaches you everything you need to know. In game the squad leaders are usually vocal giving out orders in accordance to the commanders calls. Unless you're going in G.I. Joe solo I feel everything can be learnt within the squad in a few games.

@@AbeAlaric Maybe things are dif in Aus, usually if you don't stick with your squad you'll get kicked out, Nd every squad leader is vocal as hell, even when regrouping every 30 seconds or so they're updating on what they're doing, where they are and what they see
