This video really change my perspective of how you handle your life everyday. I am not a Mormon but these videos really inspire me to be a better person and to be with GOD in your life
I'm super thankful for this comment! Clearly, by the power of the Holy Ghost, we can all benefit from the truths and positive messages that are shared by any person or any religion. As we seek and follow our Fathers guidance, it is this openness to truth that will lead us closer to him and closer to living the life he would have us live here on earth. Thank you for your comment, I realize your comment was made two years ago, but thanks to the internet, it is never to late to add my two cents =)
Since I was 5 or 6 years old I used to dream of being a Mother and having at least 6 or 8 children. I'm 69 years of age now and I never became a Mother and never was able to have children. I love children with all of my heart and my hope is that parents will wake up and appreciate these precious souls that have been sent to them. To love them, teach them and treat them as they would want to be treated. That is my hope for this day
I am so happy that I met someone from the Latter day saints. I have not been this happy in 13 years. Their church is so full of love, hope and acceptance.
The video is called "moments that matter most" yet not everything shown in the video is a happy moment. Life is a beautiful whirlwind of both happy and sad moments that make the symphony of life. The bite of pain makes the beauty of the rain all the more sweet and I'm here for all the moments that matter most. Even the hard ones
I just showed this video a few minutes ago to me neighbor. She said this perfect description: “...sometimes I have to stop myself, close my eyes, and soak in the moment. And take a picture memory in my mind.”
I can't stop re-watching this as it really helps me focus on both what matters most but how much I have to be grateful for. It sure is a warm and comforting feeling.
“Diligently doing the things that matter most will lead us to the Savior of the world.” I like the idea that diligence can be about deliberately enjoying life. That feels true to me.
I like that. The ending implies that rain is the savior of the world. I can get behind this spiritual teaching. Forget Jesus and Joseph Smith and all that. Worship the rain as your savior. Beautiful message here :)
Just hearing President Uchtdorf's voice makes me happy! What an amazing man! Love this video as well because it focuses on the joy that comes from living the Gospel. The Church is true! :)
Truth always touches the human heart. We live amid so many lies and confusion that stopping to think is rare anymore...super...let's get more on the air!
Beautiful! I love Pres. Uchtdorf's wisdom to "look up", and keep everything in perspective. No mater what happens to us, to be ALIVE is such an awesome GIFT! This video reminds us to "pay attention to the divine" around us.
This message is true. We would all do well to keep it in minds and see that we put it into practice. It will make our lives complete, full and wonderful.
"There is a beauty and clarity that comes from simplicity that we sometimes do not appreciate in our thirst for intricate solutions."... Amazing message it's beautiful.
This is an incredible message. I wish more people would slow down to take a look around at the beautiful world that god has created and the things within our lives that really matter the most. Slowing down and really taking a look at what is around us can give us such a greater eternal perspective and appreciation for what god has given us. I hope everyone can share this great video and message.
i get so emotional, when i see these videos! :) ....i love the church, it always cheers my life up. i always believe that im alone, and i feel bad because I know that my heavenly father is ALWAYS by my side. I love you, Lord!
this is a all inspiring video that uplifts your spirit thank God for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I love this video makes me feel like a good Mormon member
I think that in this world we live too much in the future, and our lives are going to fast, So we need to slow down and appreciate the good things in life, And the things that matter most. - happy Mormon!
I feel so bless to be living at this time in my life. I am a grandma and as I was swimming with 2 of my grandchildren last nite, I realized that I would only enjoy my children if I took the time out to be part of their lives. They are so precious and innocent. I love them very much. I know this is what it is all about!
With constant reminders of uncertainties of our future; whether by personal, social or political problems we face it is essential to focus on the things that matter most. Too often I find myself devoting all of my time to the frivolous concerns of my daily life and completely neglect the factors that bring true happiness. "This life is a time to prepare to meet God..." Spending quality time in the scriptures, prayer, family and in service to others, these are the things that matter most!
One of the biggest blessings I've experienced as a member of the Church is that having unfair and bad things happen to me in my life doesn't mean I have to be unhappy. I know that because of the Savior's atoning sacrifice and magnificent example, I can be happy here and now, or there and then. That happiness comes from hope, and trust, and love for God and for my fellow man.
This presentation is the best short message I have ever seen. It means a lot to me. I just had my 76th birthday and live alone. Thanks for this incredible message. I'm going to watch this often. In my lifetime I have learned the only thing which is true is the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the scriptures. All the rest is subject to question.
Its good to see mutual respects! So much fighting and arguments on religion! When was that ever Christ like! We all believing in a living Christ, thats all that matters! :) Thank you!
It's kind of ironic how at the moment I want to continue watching these videos instead of going to church. It seems easier to feel the spirit when listening to another's heart-piercing experience, but if we are in tune to feel the spirit in our everyday lives, the warm feeling is even more overwhelming since we learn the life-long lesson ourselves.
What I love about this is that it celebrates the simple human moments that make this life and our interactions with others so interesting. The subtle moments when our train of thought and focus changes from self-centeredness to outward charity is when we begin to see the beauty all around. We can truly appreciate what matters most and relish in those moments. The slow motion approach to this film does a masterful job at capturing that and the music is the perfect compliment!
Like a child on the swing of your life Look up towards Heaven above And focus on the warm touch of light Let the moment move you with love Truly seek what matters most Stay aligned to Christ through the highs and lows He will send the Holy Ghost To reassure you this is how light grows
I can only answer for myself: Jesus Christ's atonement allows me the freedom to enjoy every moment of life because, through Him, I am free from guilt. I know that I can never satisfy the law of justice for the things I have done as well as obtain the mercy I desire in order to live with God after this life is over, but the Savior does that all for us. Christ replaces feelings of guilt, grief, pain and distress with peace and love, which allows us to "enjoy every moment of life."
How could anyone dislike this video? It's something that can apply to any belief, any lifestyle, and anybody. It is a beautiful, wholesome, wonderful message about breathing in every little moment in life. What a wonderful video!
That was amazing. I gave a few different lessons over the talk this video was based from. I love President Uchtdorf and the wonderful messages he brings to the church.
This video always makes me tear up and remember that there are more important things than what I spend all day worrying about. I've not been to church in years but watching this video, after all that time, reminds me that; even though I don't agree with a lot of what the LDS Church teaches, they do make a lot of good points.
+Zachary Johnson -Many years ago I made a choice because of a man's influence to become inactive in the LDS Church. I was in my early 20's and thought I knew what I was doing. It broke my parent's heart. I was exposed to so many awful things, people, etc. yet I allowed Satan to tell me it was good. During those many years away I felt such lonliness inside my heart, sadness yet I still wanted the excitement of doing what I wanted to do. My family never gave up on me but ii didn't realize it at that time how valuable it should have been to me. I finally came to my senses(I'm sure because of all the prayers in my behalf), I was rebaptized and I can testify to you that I've never experienced such a pure love of Jesus Christ as I felt when I came up out of the water a renewed and tender-hearted Latter-day Saint woman. Thank you for your kind words. With love, respect and kindness I wanted to share... I love the bible but I promise God has more to say than the bible. He is a loving God! He loves each of us without boundaries and he always has more for us to know and learn. He has spoken to men throughout all of time! Not just the bible! Bless you and your family! If you have a chance to read the Book of Mormon you should. It changed my life and I thank God for it and his mercy every day!
"Strength comes not from frantic activity, [looks at agenda] but . . . from paying attention to the divine things that matter most." Productivity does not equal happiness, does not equal intelligence, does not equal progress.
I love this video. The message and the cinematography both remind me that I need to slow down and really consider the things that matter most in my life. And the music is awesome.
In the middle of watching this video, my 4-year-old girl whispers in my ear: Daddy, I love you. Truly one of the things that matters most.
This video really change my perspective of how you handle your life everyday. I am not a Mormon but these videos really inspire me to be a better person and to be with GOD in your life

My favorite video. Period!

Wow, what a breath of fresh air!
I used this one as a teaching tool countless times as a missionary 👌🏼

Glad you enjoyed it. Would you like to know more?
sbenard1 I agree watching this video really brought the spirit and told a very important truth and the promises.

This is very true, the momment when I had a seizure, it was a time that was important, so I went to the hospital and got Better.

Another awesome Mormon Messages video. Thanks so much.
Did this make anyone else a bit teary-eyed?
I need this little reminder to slow down today... and open my eyes to what matters most. Thank you!!!
This church is SO true, it's unbelievably believeable sometimes

Man, I love this! I was near crying, this was very touching. Whoever doesn't like this, please talk to someone who does like this.
I love this one. Out of all the different Mormon Messages, it's the one that has always felt like it was made for me personally.
Its good to see mutual respects! So much fighting and arguments on religion! When was that ever Christ like! We all believing in a living Christ, thats all that matters! :) Thank you!

By far my favorite MormonMessage. It never ceases to move me and make me remember what "Matters Most."
This is great to help with truly see the things that matter most in life.

I really like the music in this Mormon Message.
I love this mormon message and I love Heavenly Father

Let the moment move you with love
Truly seek what matters most
Stay aligned to Christ through the highs and lows

Beautiful photography. May we all live in the moment, in the now, make great things happen, cherish each day... ♥

So true! We could all use a little bit of slowing down and realizing what really matters!
BEST. ONE. YET. How beautiful and real!
That was amazing. I gave a few different lessons over the talk this video was based from. I love President Uchtdorf and the wonderful messages he brings to the church.
Anytime I start to forget what is important I watch this video and it puts things in perspective for me. Thank you!
perfect, it the postive ACTION that counts, realizing what could happen to a negative REACTION. You gotta love it.
Stunning, simple, elegant, inspiring.
This video says and shows a lot of what we need
Really touchy, thanks!
This never fails to make me smile

I LOVE mormon messages :)
This must be the 10th time I have watched this one. I am sending to EVERYONE I know. Thank you so much for the message and expert production.
Focus on the foundation of truth and light.
"Diligently doing the things that matter most will lead us to the Savior of the World." Makes me think to spend more time with my kids.
It’s sad but happy too!
Why do we need a savior to enjoy every moment of life?
This makes me tear up every time I watch it.
Precious and few are the moments we too can share.
Bravo, unser beliebte Brueder Uchtdorf. Wir lieben dich. Du hast die Wahrheit geschprochen. Und die Kirche wirdt immer wahr bleiben..
to keep in our hearts to Jesus and God
So beautiful & so totally true!!!
So joyful! Each moment is so precious.
my friends mom and brothers are in this! its so amazing and i just love this video so much
That music was freakin' sweet, really helped the thing hit home.
Love it. It gave me back the true perspective about what's matter.
Don't let life's beautiful moments pass you by!
This is my 3rd video and I am in tears. thank you for posting.
Superb! Thanks for this ever-necessary reminder.

Thanks for this video. It helped me get up again and step forward after a bout of deep discouragement and self-doubt today.
I love this video. The message and the cinematography both remind me that I need to slow down and really consider the things that matter most in my life. And the music is awesome.
Thanksgiving week is a great week to slow down and remember what matters most.
Beautiful message, and beautiful execution. The music was great and I love vidoes that have audio of our leaders teaching Christ's doctrine. thanks.
the most amazing values I've ever felt in my entire life.
I love this video so much. it is such a challenge to slow down in this fast-paced world, but I always draw closer to God when I do.
You are right! I just listened to it and it does some remarkably similar.
Without him life as you know it or would have known it would never have happened.
What a great message!
Thank you. :) I really appreciate that, and I have had many catholic friends and they have always been amazing. :)
This is why i love President Uchtdorf
I wish this video was in Spanish as well so we could use it in our country. The message is clear and powerful.
That just calmed my day! and put things of my short life into perspective
Little things really do mean a lot!
