Yes, change the view from pending to all
How did you create the support team group? I want to be able to round robin assign tasks to a group like sales.
It is a user called Support Team
@@BridgetBartlett How do you create a user support team in GHL? I want to create multiple teams to assign tasks to.
Can we comment in the task like if we have a question to the assignee?
You can add the question in the task and reassign it to someone else who needs to answer

I don't see myself when trying to assign a user. How do I do that?(I tried adding myself to the "my staff" section and it said "A user with this email already exists in this agency."
Use a different email and create a user, inside your whitelabel domain
will it still notify me in the correctly if it has the wrong email?@@BridgetBartlett
