You ain’t never lie! I’m going to Brazil in December, I will teach English and I don’t care about what’s hard or difficult. It’s toxic here and overpriced, you see gas prices now? No sir!
I loved when sister said the thief apologized for stealing her bag after she took it back from him and all the kindness from strangers she was shown while traveling solo. Appreciate the candor being shared. Great interview. Blessed!
@Nurses Speak - So why did the thief target her to steal the bag.....Because she was in her "USA" mindset, but in a foreign country. Black women love to say they are not "protected" here in the US, but some quickly learn overseas, the lowered guard they get or got away with at home, will lead to consequences in other countries.
@Beautiful mil - Black women are just as protected in the US as any other group of women. You all need to take y'alls azzes to Middle Eastern and Persian countries such as Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, many nations within Africa, and others where the women live and move in fear. The women travel as groups, and or they must travel with men, be it their fathers, brothers, and others. Black women got to work alone, they shop, and even travel locally alone, not to exclude travel to other parts of the US, and even abroad solo, or with a small group of other women, and a large majority of times, they do not experience any troubles or any negative experiences. Do the since of safety Black women experience here in the US, they tend to go to other countries, such as Dubui, France, Italy, Ukraine, and get a rude awaking when they are brushed up against, touched, or even spoken sharply to by men of countries where the women are truly considered second class citizens. Unlike you, I've been to such countries and have witnessed how those women must travel in order to increase their safety. Black women in the US don't have to, and many times are offended if it's even suggested.
What are you talking about? Black women are statistically safer in Europe than they are even in their own “communities” in the USA. Please get a passport and travel.
Wow! I understand completely. I also wound up in the hospital due to stress, elevated BP, etc..After that episode, I began planning my Exxodus. Congratulations and continue your journey!
My goodness..this whole series is speaking to me. These days I'm feeling more and more like I will jump out of my skin if I don't get out of here. Thanks so much for this inspiration. I thought I was slightly insane the way I'd work a bit and then leave the country. Gotta figure out a permanent escape plan lol!

So true, that people will counsel you out of fear. Never let anyone who hasn't traveled talk you out of traveling. It just doesn't make sense. There are people who look at the bad stuff on the news and then apply what they see to you as a traveler. Thank you for this video and great advice.
I traveled the world on paid vacations, but I wanted that regular paycheck and benefits. I retired at 58-61, and for good at 69.7. Chicago, OakPark and Waukegan were my bases, but at 79, I moved to Queretaro, Mexico . I always traveled, married twice, and had one daughter at 37. She lives and teachers English in Indonesia, and she got the travel bug from me. Acapulco is my favorite, but 6 earthquakes and a hurricane were the deal breakers.
Ladies, I am crying that I just found you but am missing the 2022 ExodUS summit! You are living my dream! I am watching and looking forward to the next ExodUS. How do I get caught up on your information. I am watching/listen to your UA-cam videos at work and home. I just want to cry. Thank you for what you are doing! I have been looking for this information since August but not in the right places. ❤️ Thank you for highlighting the 60+ plus page.
Hi Ladies, Haven't seen you in a while...good to see both. Getting my exit plan together...first trip will be this fall. Looking forward to reporting back.
Finding this channel shows me I'm on right track. Years ago I walked away from the rat race, but got caught up in a web of issues, not knowing or being aware of a network of black women on the same wavelength. This channel is showing the path to freedom & peace of mind. Subscribed yesterday. Love your content.
So confirmation for me. This has re-inspired me. I had quit my job last year and visited africa( Gambia) for the first time. And it was the best experience. Don't think I been the same since I left. I miss it and so ready to travel again. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you so very much for these interviews. I have spent the week absorbing all the different perspectives and techniques to traveling long term…I am a former Army brat, and I have wanted to travel the world and go every where forever…thank you for showing me how…& giving me hope and a plan!
That's really deep about having regular bowel movements when you eliminate stress, I'm a 2 to 3 times a day chic because I really don't stress about stuff as much, something happened when I turned 45 that just allows me to say whatever to most stuff that tries to stress me
I'm inspired to have a Hostel section for those who step out the box to see the world in La & Texas and as I branch out I can make this happen for others to come gleam In my world!
I live by a quote from a cartoon DARIA I live by. My goal in life is to not wake up at 40 with the bitter realization that I've wasted my life on a job I hated because I was forced to decide on a career in my teens.

THIS. Thanks for this compilation of very interesting and talented women who show how to live an unstuck life. I’ll be re-listening with a note book so I can add these women to my contacts. Loved this segment the best!
When I went to Asia I wished I had paced myself. I went from China to Macoa to Hong Kong, to Singapore to the Phillipines. By the time I got back to the U.S. I was exhausted. I didn't want to leave my house for a month.
Loving all the inspiration these ladies give and many more who travel and are creating new experiences. I often thought about recording when I start back traveling whether I'm in the US or abroad. Thank you ladies.
