That is quite a storm!! We have had a few storms here where I live in Eastern Ontario, one thunderstorm last night, but mostly unbearable heat, close to 30C indoors if you have no air conditioning. And come winter we will freeze. Thanks for sharing dear Agnieszka.🤗💚 Judith

It was over 30 degrees in my apartment today, but I turned on the air conditioning. Thanks to the storm, the outside temperature dropped significantly (around 10 degrees). How many degrees do you get on average in winter?
@@agnieszkakwasniewicz At its coldest, it can go down to -30C. But it is usually not quite that cold. -20C. Every winter is different in the last 10 years. Does it get that cold in winter in Krakow? Judith

I suspect that you are as fascinated by the storm and heavy rain as I am. In order to be prepared for alpine tours, I train in exactly this weather. Like my squirrels, who especially like to climb to our window in storms and rain! ❤🐿😊❤👍😊
Are you hiking in the mountains in the rain? Bravo! I used to like hiking in the mountains, but now my health is not so good. We have high Tatra mountains in Poland. I used to go there.
@@agnieszkakwasniewicz Unfortunately, I don't know the High Tatras! And it's a shame that your health isn't so good! I've had health problems over the last 4 years and had to reduce my training for a few weeks. I studied history in Bonn many years ago and am very interested in dilapidated buildings in remote areas that nature has reclaimed. It's fascinating for my wife and me to explore these areas. In sports, squirrels are my teachers: they don't need a gym and can find training opportunities anywhere. I now train 4 to 6 hours a week again and have dozens of stations in the city and the surrounding area. I combine the dynamic climbing of squirrels with the more static climbing of alpine climbers. The key is developing the sense of balance. Anyone can regain or develop physical power at their level in any place using this philosophy. Because I'm camera shy, I haven't dared to show this path to other people yet. I used to see myself as more of a competitive athlete, but I can't reach that level anymore. I have a constant exchange of ideas with a small number of athletes of all levels. We learn from each other. The weaker partners are particularly interesting.
