Fire it up Friday Solar Edition 10 21 22

Testing different sizes of magnifying lenses to ignite charcloth for fire making. Note: the largest lens appeared to take the longest but it took much longer to get it on target. Ignition was immediate after I got it centered making it actually the fastest.

Using a white piece of paper with your charcloth on it makes it easy to find the target. Size does matter. More than magnification. Thank you for sharing your fire with us, Chief. Stay safe and stay warm
