when playing stakes that high and you win a hand, how much do you tip the dealer?
brad is pretty liberal with his tipping, its usually $5 on a big pot, but it's relative to the game. a big pot in $1/$2 might be $30. probably only tipping $1 or $2 at that level but $5/$10 and pots in the hundreds its usually $5
A big pot in $1-2 is $30? Whaaaaatt? No, a big pot in $1-2 is more like $800 to $1,000. A big pot in $5-10 is not in the hundreds, it's more like $3,000 or $4,000

when the dealer pushes the chips your way and knocks over the stacks even though they might be little, does he knocked them over on purpose (because how can you be annoyed by that when you just want a pot) or is he just trying to be quick to get the next hand going?
can you do an interview with a dealer and ask him this?

I've never played a cash game live. Does the dealer/casino trust you to pay the rack, or is someone checking every hand?. Also, when would you tip the dealer, is it as you leave, or as they leave to ensure each dealer gets a tip. Any answers appreciated, I may play a cash game soon and don't want to cock it up.

What is the rack? Do you mean rake? If so they just take money out of the pot as the hand goes on. As far as tips I generally see people tip after winning hands. Wouldn’t tip if I took it down pre flop or a small pot, but generally if there’s one or two streets of bet I’d throw a chip. If you really want you can tip before the dealer leaves the table and they’ve been helping you out.

Personally, I can't stand the 7 2 game or running it twice, but I'm just a spectator.
Love your videos as always but your video editor (It is you Brad or the one WPT has provided you with?!) Anyhow "he" needs to check the clips before he publishes it. (A, K of diamonds hand doesn't need to go on repeat, right?!)
