I am an Indian (Hindu, Brahmin). I myself buy fruit and other edibles (like Dates, vermicelli, Juice etc.) for some of Muslim employees who work in our deptt., (a famous Indian University) and give them every year during Ramzan. This is not something to be surprised in India. Hinduism teaches us and we imbibe "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" means "The world is one family.

In ramzan, I called the online service to check my AC & they sent 2 employees. My wife offer them drinking water but they refused. I guess the guys are mohmmaden. After finishing their work , my wife see the time & give them bananas with halwa to open the ROZA .

Pakistanis have a lot to learn from Indians. I remember way back in the 80s we had a Muslim neighbor and during Eid after the family had shared the biryani with the neighbors, the old man would come to our house (v r Christians) with a second big serving. Leaving his home from the back door. As a kid I always thought that they were our extended family because their little ones would be kept at our place to play all day. Soooo much love and trust transpired between our two families.
