From a purely workplace perspective, Zane was wrong. You cant go tell someone 'your ambitions will never come true here' and expect them to fall in line quietly. Also, because Alex isnt a newbie. He's a senior partner with decades of experience
Yeah, to be honest Zane was often just overstepping the boundries. He was full of himself and then acted as if everything was fine "because it's reality" (as seen by his eyes).
Ya, the tyrant dream crushing antic doesn't usually keep a lot of people around for long. Especially when they can easily look somewhere else and see they can fufill their dream with another place.
I think the issue Zane has is that when the client approaches the firm they gotta trust that it'll at least have discretion and since they are the main one they are the ones sought make the unwinnable cases, or very big cases that must be won. How are these clients going to trust Zane Specter Litt will help them and not hinder them instead if they'd done it before?
Zane is wrong on this one. Zane can't order Harvey around. Harvey is a named partner just as much as Zane is. Managing partner or not. Name partners (Zane Specter Litt) all have equal power. Also, since Alex is a senior partner, he has some power as well. Zane is out of line.
Silly comments like that is what led to the civil rights movement. I honestly can't believe you said that. It proves my point even more.😂 @@spencergsmith
@@24karot22 that makes no sense whatsoever. You see racism everywhere, because you’re racist against people who aren’t black. Like the other person said, Jessica Pearson and Robert Zane were two of the most formidable and likable characters on the show, yet when someone criticizes another black character, you ASSUME it stems from racism.

Alex channeling some SLJ for Magnum P.I.
he had me at magnum pi
I wonder where Shawn is hiding in this scene.
I'd be wonder when he got the call from President Bartlett for that plan and when Zoe would walk into the firm to see her man.
This show is genius!
u got answer for everything part is the most funny....Alex is soooooo intelligent
Honestly Zane should’ve promoted Williams himself and this merger would have been far more interesting

Alex had been there three minutes and was demanding his name on the wall. One of the reasons I can't stand the man.
Raise your hand if you miss watching Suits?

There was a perfect moment for him to say "I prefer The West Wing"!!!
Donna saved the day...
Ya fling something onto a wall, eventually it will stick.

Robert wasn't wrong in here
Using information from a prospective client in bad faith like this tarnishes the firms reputation
Alex, all he did was complain
Man i didn't like Alex at all. He sounded so robotic😭
Translation = I don't like seeing a Black lawyer on the show...😂😂😂
