For the internal corners, put the other piece of lvt up against the other marking, so it stops the exakt saw cutting too far, no need to judge it then, the lvt is stopping the saw
I have had an exakt saw in the past for cutting ply but it used to get too hot and eventually packed up. I had dust extraction albeit exactly own system Have they improved ?

Is the saw depth accurate enough you could use it on a screeded floor and not blunt the blade?
Yes mate he didn’t cut all the way through and finished with his knife

Worx do a great little saw for plywood. I think the exakt is a bit small
