This actually sad that people do this, and use it even to scam... Hopefully ALL Pixelians see now, that if you scam, You will get caught soner or later. Gladly everything is ok now,

@@Solidd0095 Well, as you can hear in the video, Devs have way to ALWAYS Find the scammer, Its not 10 second job to find them. Jake, Commander_k, and all the mods, and other devs they are doing the best job they can, Im glad they try to catch the scammers, even if its slow, but every scammer will get banned, soner or later. And ofc its ALWAYS Your own fault if you get scammed, Always use the ingame trade tool, and never drop items, that how we gonna kill scammers as a community, and no devs or mod needed

Hey Jake i know im late(actually almost a year late)but I just wanted to let you know that no matter what happens like if people get scammed or anything im glad you are there to stop them. I have never seen such a calm and relaxed person deal with this sort of situation.

he is also a developer, he can see your password whenever he pleases
He cannot. The passwords are stored encrypted in the game database. When you send the login request, the game first encrypts the password, then the server does it too and checks for the data in the database. If the passwords match login is successful!
Not that he'd need to breach accounts for items, he can just /give them to himself if he wants. He's a dev after all!

User input passwords are encrypted first before checking.

i dont event play this game bcause i think its to difficult too me, but jake keep up the great work, i hope gt mod do this exact act to remind other player if mod its really banning scammer. that will decrase amount of scammer on the game bcause 1 video of banning hacker will freak them out, and i think all pixel world comunity has to think twice about scamming after seeing this vid. i love u jake no homo

I saw a video about winterbay and i was happy,noticed that the impersonator used the stolen wls to buy rights to the world because owner sells them.You can never trust anywone.
That's harsh, stealing people's passwords and items, I bet he gonna use the accounts he "hacked" and stole items from, so Jake better do something about that 🙄👏👏

I hope impersonators will get cleansed after watching this video. It'd be a waste of their time playing the game. Someone who Impersonates accounts uses it to steal others' stuff doesn't consider them hardworking. I just hope these kids will grow up and know the consequences.

I hope in the future, there will be an update for us to sell something more easily like adding new stuff "vending machine" it will be alot easier for us to make profit. And if ever that happens pls make it affordable for our players.
if they do add that, duping(duplication) will be introduced which will ruin the games economy.. most games alrdy suffered from dupes

I met him at world FISHFULL 5 days ago and we got along pretty well and idk that he is a scammer.
It's a really shameful thing what he did and he deserved to be punished for impersonating you.
On a side note though: He posted a few pictures of you that could actually look good on your Instagram because they look really dope.

Someone took my signature outfit in-game and called themselves as one of my alts, and proceeded to scam.
Pikel Worlds Is A Good and a Beautiful game but the scammers and hackers are ruining it and im also glad tht the game moderators are actively banning them from the game and doing there job in the game ..👌GOOD JOB

Just realized i wasnt hacked back in 2years... I rly wanted to be mod still want and i talked to something acc like that and player "kevvu123" stole my whole account and even changed my password. Rip. I learned about it and now i know how to prepare scams. Keep your passwords on your mind dont tell them to anyone.

The name of the hacker is Kevinolen111 and Kevinolen1
The scammer your talking about has been banned before. The previous account was Kevinolen1 which got ban. Reason is stealing accounts by guessing passwords. Personally i have seen that guy and i hope mods see this and will take action
He has many alts, one another that i know is Kevvu123

shoot I've made the biggest mistake ever....there was a guy in Facebook saying that he was a mod and if I share my password to him he can make me mod I didn't listen but he knew all of my information like if I was online or not so I believed him and gave him my password I lost my account too
